GREAT STRETCH AND WORKOUT
I am at that stage in life where I practically gain weight just by looking at food and it is not as easy to lose it as it used to be. With that being said I am very self conscience about my body and I feel like when I go to the gym everyone is staring at me. I have been enjoying these since I received them because it allows me to get a good stretch and workout in and I can actually concentrate on what I am doing since no one else is around. The bands are 12" and they come in 5 different levels of resistance from extra light to extra heavy. The resistance is in the thickness of the band as you can see in my picture. I really like that each band is labeled so there is no guess work, you can just grab the one you need at a glance. The best thing is that it comes with an exercise sheet to get you started. These bands can be used on every limb and muscle in your body, really giving you a great stretch and even a workout with more repetitions. These bands are made out of 100% latex. They come with a really nice drawstring bag to store them in. They are small enough that you can take them with you on the go, so you can work out wherever you are.

Fantastic items at a fraction of the cost from anywhere else. I would definitely recommend these if you need them for physical therapy or just to work out!
