A great contemporary romance I will recommend to everyone!
Wow what an incredibly beautiful and entertaining love story from Louise Bay! I loved every minute of it! It was sexy and passionate . It was witty and smart. It was intense and breathtaking. Louise Bay's brilliant writing has won my heart once again!Beck Wilde needs the old building in Mayfair which is standing in his way of fulfilling his lifelong dream that more of a challenge and burning need. All he needs is a meeting with the old billionaire who owns it. Stella London has the way to make it happen. As she is invited to marriage of the old Billionaire's niece who is also her best friend and who is also marrying her seven year long boyfriend, now ex. What starts as a fake relationship as they both need each other for their career, soon becomes something more. An undeniably deep connection. But between Beck's commitment phobia rooting from his early life and Stella's insecurity, can they find a HEA?Beck is just perfect. He is charming, drop dead gorgeous, sexy and bossy. He will make your panties melt and set the kindle on fire. He is determined and go after everything he wants with hundred percent dedication. His confidence which hides the old pain of rejection is a huge turn on. I melted each time he acted all protective and caring for Stella and came to her rescue whenever her evil friend and ex tried to take her down. I feel Stella a lot and I connected with ber instantly. She is always putting others before her needs and that takes a big heart. She came out of her shell and became a stronger and more assertive person with Beck's support. I am so proud of her and cheered her every time she took control of her messed up life. The chemistry was electrifying. It was a combination of swoony, sweet, heart rending and sexy. And it was so amazing. The slow burn and the heartbreaking hurdles added to the deliciousness.Louise Bay made me laugh, sigh and cry with intoxicating emotions in Mr. Mayfair. I loved the characters. I loved the brilliant execution of all the complex feelings. A great contemporary romance I will recommend to everyone!Received ARC for Honest review

Sexy billionaire - what else do you need?
Three and a half stars.Stella London is as low as a girl could be. She moved to London, giving up her burgeoning interior design practice in Manchester and taking a job in a recruitment agency, to be with her long-term boyfriend Matt when a job opportunity arose. Now he's left her and the flat they bought together, even worse she's just found out that he's not only dating her BFF Karen but they are getting married, less than two months after Stella and Matt broke up - heck, she was expecting them to get back together! Losing her BFF on top of that is just the cherry on a sh!tty cake.Beck Wilde is a self-made millionaire property developer. He has bought all but one of a row of buildings in prestigious Mayfair which he intends to develop into luxury apartments, unfortunately the one building he hasn't acquired is the one he really wants, it was owned by his a-hole biological father and Beck wants to right the wrongs that were done to his mother. In order to acquire this property and commence development he needs to get close to the current owner, but so far all his tricks have failed. Then he discovers that the owner has blocked out a week to attend his goddaughter's wedding in Scotland - somehow he needs to get an invitation to that wedding. When he discovers that Stella is the only single woman under 60 attending the wedding who hasn't RSVP'd with the name of her plus-one he knows he has to do everything in his power to persuade her to take him to the wedding.Beck is your typical self-made millionaire, at least in novels, he's got a chip on his shoulder, a grudge against his biological father, determined to get what he wants, and never had a real relationship with a woman because he's married to his business. He's gorgeous, fit, and practically a non-drinker.With Louise Bay you know what you are going to get, and this is no exception. My only gripe would be that the sex was neither here nor there, a bit too domineering for my taste but also not very sexy (which is a long-winded way of saying I didn't get hot under the collar and there was too much of it). Nevertheless, it was a fun read and I chose to read this rather than the 12 ARCs sitting on my Kindle or the five books I bought. Oh, and it is currently free on Amazon Kindle.

One click!
I devoured this book as soon as I got it.A delicious easy read, and Mayfair is a bit of a departure from the rest of Louise Bay’s books in my opinion. Normally, the male characters are heirs or great fortune; working with a self made man with a drive to succeed based on his childhood actually made the story a lot more relatable.I think Beck was adorable. Sweet, caring. Stella was a little silly here and there but they were a wonderful couple.Louise Bay, as always, proves why she’s one of my one-click worthy autobuys.

The wedding invite
This is such a brilliant read .I got instantly on the characters of Beck and Stella, and their story .Beck needed an in to meet a man who owned the building that he desperately needed to buy , that ' I'm was Stella. The wedding invitation that Stella receives from her ex boyfriend, and ex friend , devastates her . She gave up her dream for him , but was trying to move on , the invitation was a knock back .Then she receives a proposal that is too irresistible to pass up .Beck and Stella went into the agreement wanting what they thought they needed to move on in life , but what they really needed, was each other .
