I’m starting to get peri-menopause symptoms but haven’t got the hot flushes etc yet. I have been having my periods closer together and I feel on a hormonal rollercoaster with the changes over the cycle and PMS more pronounced - mood, libido, sore boobs etc etc.This product isn’t aimed at menopausal symptoms it’s more for PMS and that is what I was hoping it would help.I ran the ingredients past a qualified friend and she said this was a really good mix at an OK price.Because of the unpredictability in my hormones and cycles it’s hard to tell yet whether these tablets are working or if this is just natural variation. My period seems to have dragged on longer than usual but my mood does seem a bit more positive and I’m generally less anxious as extreme waves of anxiety had been an issue for me. I intend to buy a bottle and carry on taking these for at least a few months in order to judge properly.Update: I’m reaching the end of the first bottle and I’ve definitely seen an improvement in the severity of PMS symptoms, mood swings and even cramps. I’d also been get acne on my chest which has improved. Definitely will continue taking theseFurther update: I took a break from taking these as I wasn’t sure they were having much effect anymore and within a week I was waking up in the mornings feeling anxious and hot so Ive just ordered another bottle!

Easy to swallow and no unpleasant taste. Unfortunately they didn’t seem to have made an difference that I noticed but I suspect they may work for some not all, so worth trying.

Packaging: The glass bottle is just 2/3 full which I think is a waste and would like to see more of an environmental packaging. Like paper.Capsule Size: The capsules are large and I do struggle to swallow them. They recommend to take 2 a day with food or water. I'd like to see a smaller version making it more easy to swallow.Result: Been consuming at breakfast and lunch time. It's meant to help with PMS. So started taking this a week before my periods. The main symptoms I get is moodiness and tender swollen breasts. I have felt a slight improvement.At £30 for 2 months supply these arent cheap but they are within the price range I would expect and I think they provide decent value

I ordered these after reading reviews of the ingredients so thought give them a try mainly for night sweating.My hot flushes where 1 to 2 times a day so bearable.After day 2 on these I started to flush more during the day. my night sweating have also got worse. over the past week I have had a constant dull headache. Sore dry eyes and feel absolutely rubbish I have woke up this morning with a blood shot eye. Nothing in my diet has changed and I've not taken any other supplements with these.These really are not for me 😥

As soon as I seen these had lady’s mantle in them I wanted to give them a try. I picked loads and dehydrated it in late summer to make tea but have run out now. As well as lady’s mantle these capsules also contain wild yam root, Siberian rhubarb, chasteberry, real sage and red clover (I also pick red clover when it is in season).The capsules which are vegan friendly come in a brown glass bottle (which I shall reuse), they are medium in size, easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste.My family have always used herbal remedies, I grew up picking leaves, herbs, flowers and mushrooms and being taught from an early age. The ingredients in these capsules are a brilliant combination and I am happy to take them. I have noticed after only a week I don’t get as many hot flushes as I had been getting so they work well.They work out at £10.45 per month which is reasonable for such good ingredients.

I took these capsules last month but I didn't see or feel any difference. They were very easy to swallow, they didn't have any flavour but wouldn't get them again as I didn't see any improvement.

Since having my tubes tied, my hormones have been all over the place!! During my cycle, and the week leading up to it, I am in absolute agony - along with being short tempered and just all around not comfortable or pleasant to be around. I decided to give these PWR hormone balance relief supplements a shot. The serving is 2 daily so during those 2 weeks I take one in the morning and one mid-day. My cramps, bloating, headaches, temper, appetite etc. have all shown improvements in the last few months during that time. I also noticed that I feel calmer and my cycle isn't as heavy which is great! Since I only take these for 2wks each month, one bottle lasts me 4 whole months (less than $10/mo). A very good price to pay for relief.

Le fabricant n'a pas hésité a multiplié les labels pour avoir un produit d'excellente qualité.Je ne vais pas faire le topo des collègues sur les plantes qui sont dedans une par une, par contre, j'aimerais revenir sur un point important :- La Sauge est un hormonorégulateur parfaitement contre indiqué chez les personnes ayant fait des cancer hormonodépandant, ou encore si un membre de leurs familles en a fait un. Ce qui veux dire que si vous connaissez quelqu'un de votre famille, ou avez eu, un cancer du sein ou de l'utérus, ne prenez pas ce produit !Passé cette problématique, il faudra souvent passé par 2 ou 3 cycles pour bénéficier pleinement des bienfaits de ce genre de produit !

I was hoping this would help heavy bleeding. For me it didn't work but I can't say this is a bad supplement for all. I am not sure why my periods are so heavy. We could have different issues, but for me it didn't help. It is a capsule and it is easy for me to take pills so I had no issue with it. It didn't smell bad to me

My daughter has been taking these and she said it has helped her cycle and she has less cramping. She admits she only starts taking them a week before she is supposed to start and stops taking them a day or two after her cycle. She said when she took them daily they seemed to be too strong for her.
