I take these, 2 at bedtime, to prevent leg cramps and they really work. I have had other people who I urged to try this said it worked for them too. The unique formulation of calcium in Calcet apparently prevents the cellular transfers which cause leg cramps. (I'm a nurse so am trying to figure out why this works).
