Arko Shaving Cream Soap Stick (6 Pieces) by EVYAP

Some have said that they don't like the smell. Maybe they don't associate it with the same thing I do. It's the scent of vacation. A happy place. It took me a while to figure it out, but it reminded me of the generic tiny hotel soaps that were offered at every hotel stay when I was young. Now hotels offer their own special scents and that experience is lost. But I get a mini vacation every time my husband shaves. And he gets a great shave. He loves the lather and how long lasting it is. He's put part of a stick into an old container so it stays clean and fresh. Great value, too.

Excellent lather, slick and personally I like the scent. It's just a lemony soap smell and doesn't linger long. It's my new go to shaving soap. I've used many brands of expensive soaps and this is every bit as good. Some don't like the smell, but if you do it's a great value tallow based soap. Doesn't dry my skin out. YMMV

I have been using Arko shave soap for years . It is worth the buy. It gives you plenty of lather, especially when using a shaving brush. Arko has nice scent and last's a long time. You only need to get a few sticks at a time. A Much-recommended product.

It does have a slight janitorial aroma but it works great and the price is right!

This is a fun shaving stick at a ridiculously cheap price. A very bold scent, like the offspring of an Irish Spring bar and citronella candle. Beside that scent, this stick provides a ton of lather and good slickness. It's fun to shave with this stuff. Might leave your face slightly dry. I'll be making sure this is in my shaving rotation.

Works as expected. The scent is kind of a mix of lemon, rice-paper, and ??? I can see where people get the "urinal cake" description, but it's not overpowering and doesn't last all day. It's slicker than I imagined it would be, and based on just a few usages looks like it's going to last a long time.I plan on using this as my 'travel soap' so we'll see how that goes. It's a solid so not subject to the US TSA's ounce limit, and being a solid is more suited to face-lathering so I won't need a bowl with it.

Without a doubt the best shaving soap i own. I have tried many and this one is the best hands down. I wet my face, and wet the stick a bit. then i rub it on my face and use the brush to build the lather on my face. It allows me a three pass shave if i need to with no dryness and no burn. Closest shave i have had wet shaving also. Smells clean and wont fight against your aftershave. Washed off with out any dryness. Awesome product. All i will use for now on. I have used it for the last week. You owe it to yourself to try this shaving soap.
