Bought this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. In May, one of the arms fell off. By July, ergonomics gone lol. Metal and all popped right in half?! Loved the chair otherwise. Can I return it for a replacement? I can send pics if necessary, but the chair is in peices at his office.

Terrible chair, Arms flex outward when you sit. Lift piston sags/won't hold height and now the seat is tilting toward the front...

Its ok but your back end hurts after sitting in it awhile.
