“Non-rusting” outdoor furniture with harware that will most certainly rusts
Hardware with the unit is all steel. I was prepared to replace all of the hardware with stainless steel. However, several steel bolts are soldered into the cast aluminum. In my coastal environment, the steel hardware, even if zink coated (this hardware looked like raw steel, but it might be coated), would rust within days and be dripping rust within weeks. I just purchased some outdoor dining chairs through Amazon that had all stainless hardware- that’s how it should be for all outdoor furniture. Also, the back of the cast aluminum is not decorative like the front is. Returned this item.
