I had already tried the Valentia Clay Mask and I absolutely loved it so when I was given the opportunity by Valentia to try the Retinol Serum, I jumped at the chance! As a woman in her late 30's skin care is essential. The Night Revive Retinol Serum has made my skin smoother and has evened out my skin tone as well. The serum also came at the right time which was during a very stressful time in my life and you know stress takes a toll on the skin as well, so this retinol serum I believe has helped keep my skin balanced and probably kept unnecessary stress wrinkles from forming. I loved how well this product works! I have very sensitive skin and this product did not irritate my skin at all. My skin looks and feels tighter and more radiant! I recommend this serum to anyone who wants younger looking, fresh skin and wants to avoid harsh chemicals that could cause redness and health issues.

I am 27 years old and have been trying to find an anti aging product to start using. I've been using this serum for about a month now and my experience has not been that great. The serum leaves my skin feeling sticky and the serum does not absorb very well into my skin. I don't think I've been using this product long enough to tell if it's really improving my skin, but the way it feels on my skin is enough to keep me from purchasing it again.

I've been into a nightly skin care routine since my early 20s (I'm 32 now), and quite honestly should have started even sooner than that. It's never too early! On top of having retinol, one of the strongest wrinkle fighters that you can get in skin care, it has vitamin C to boost the effects of the retinol, as well as protect the skin, vitamin E to help moisturize, and squalene, which softens and conditions.The formula is a light milky gel, and pretty moisturizing. I don't think it's necessary to use a moisturizer after applying it, but if you have super dry skin you still might want to follow up with a moisturizer.I do notice that after using this for just a few days my skin is a lot softer than normal. I apply this all over my face at night, but tend to concentrate it more on the outer corners of my eyes and "smile lines" to make sure the retinol can penetrate and do its job where people are most prone to getting wrinkles.The product doesn't have much of a scent to it, which is good news to those of you who are sensitive to strongly scented skin care products. I received this product for review purposes and have only used it it a few times so far, just to see how my skin will react. I have heard retinol to be very drying yet because Valentia added vitamin E - I have not had any drying effect on my skin at all. It feels smoother to the touch, non greasy and hydrated - everything you would want in a nighttime serum! So far I am loving this product.
