Fitness Master Ab Wheel Roller with Knee Mat - Easy Assembly

This thing is awesome, for a long time all i did was planks, i do squats and deadlifts which work the abs but this thing made me sore the next day, now i suggest watching a few YouTube vids to learn how to do correctly, over time you'll get better, i learned that when you come back try not to use your arms but use your ab muscles to bring you back, i was using my arms to go lower but the purpose of this is to work the abs not arms, of course your arms will get a workout but the goal of using a ab wheel is to work your abs, you dont do squats to work your abs even though squats do work the abs some. So take it slow just do what you can do and as with all exercises do them with proper form, dont be like most ppl in the gym, eat healthy, if your like 20% fat you'll never see a 6pack so try to cut to about 10%. Throw planks in your workout and get a ab ball this is great to, incorporating weights in the ab workout will speed up the 6 pack, put a weight on you feet and do knee raises, start with light weight as with all exercises, no need to injure yourself. 💪 praise Jesus Christ y'all ☝

Edit: had a representative reach out from the company and both refund my order and send a second ab wheel. They claim disassembly is fixed in the current models, and I will report back on whether it's been fixed (Update: it is not fixed sadly), but for their active monitoring of these reviews and their complete adherence to their 100% satisfaction guarantee I've restored one star. Great buying experience, stellar service, budget productWarning: Support says "not designed for disassembly", so don't expect to take this apart for transport. Means it's a pretty budget product in my eyes.The handles are much tighter than previous ab rollers I've owned, much harder to put on. The handles are cushioned but not contoured, I think I slightly prefer the contoured, harder grip because it feels more solid. The knee mat is just a hunk of foam, not even grippy, so that shouldn't factor into your purchase. The wheel itself is serviceable though, no fancy features but works juts fine, seems sturdy for a 185 pound man

This product emits a horrible smell that hasn't gone away after MONTHS! It smells extremely toxic and harmful to my health, which is the opposite reason of why I purchased this item; to improve my fitness. I ordered this months ago. I Initially used it a couple times, hoping that the smell would go away. It is so unbearable you can't exercise with it. It has sat in my closet because the smell is so terrible it can't be used or returned.EDIT: AS of february 13, the seller sent out a new ab roller the day after my review and I received a new ab roller that has no chemical smell! Works great and I can finally use it! I initially gave the item 1 star but because the seller came through for me and made me whole, I have revised my rating to 4 stars

I received the Ab wheel within two days of ordering. My wheel and components had no bad odor as some reviewers have noted. It is extremely simple to put together. It took just a me few seconds to put it together. The wheel is well built and handles the torque and my weight well, I'm 175 lbs. I was using an Ab wheel with a single wheel before. I am noticing that the single I used before was less stable and this caused me to use other smaller stabling muscles in my arms, chest and shoulders while working out and to me this is a good thing.One of the things I like and is a benefit for me is that the Fit Master wheel is very stable so I'm able to do more reps and still get a get a great stretch workout for my arms, shoulders and Abs.

I have not been able to use this product as of yet due to the strong chemical or gasoline smell from the foam handle. I've had it sitting outside in the sun since Saturday to let it aerate and it's only gotten slightly better. I still don't like touching the handle because my hands end up smelling as well.UPDATE: Reached out to customer support to see if they can replace the foam handle...they responded right away and refunded me and offered few suggestions on ridding the smell. I also tested the wheel (wearing disposable latex gloves) and have no negative reviews on the functionality but as soon as I was done...put it back outside in the sun.Customer support is very top notch.

AB Wheels have been the key to my successful 6-pack. Being a model and trainer, this is one tool I usually bring everywhere with me. Unfortunately for me, I left my usual Ab wheel in LA on my Travel to NY. I was pleasantly surprised to find this product on Amazon for such a great price. The product looked to be very sturdy and have great grip on the wheels for no sliding, so I figured 'hey, let's give it shot. Today, 10/3/16, I received my product and the first thing I noticed when taking it out of the box was that EVERYTHING smelled like chemical gasoline! It was one of the worst smells I've ever smelt. Stunk up my entire living room area. After holding the foam mat for no longer than 10secs, my hands reeked of chemical gasoline smell and still stink 30minutes later as I'm writing this review. I'm not sure what type of chemicals they used to make this product but, whatever it is they should stop immediately! I suggest you all use a better material that doesn't smell and charge $5 dollars more. It'd be worth it. Because this ab wheel really is well constructed. It's just the smell, I can't take! If you can bare the smell, go right ahead and purchase. You may regret it in the end.P.S. I usually don't write reviews but unfortunately this was so unbareable that I had to warn buyers.

This Ab Wheel works well. The soft handles are a nice design. The down side, which I now see was noted by another reviewer as well, is that it has a really, really strong chemical smell. Bad enough that it fills the whole room that it's in, gets in your hands and can't be washed off with soap. I have a kayak wheeled carrying rack that had the same smell, so it's something with one of the materials used in some products. Going to keep this (in the garage) and wait for the smell to go away (it eventually did with the kayak rack, so I'm assuming this will also). But they should really be using different materials for this.
