Well worth the money for long investment.
Good buy for money well spent. Love this Wok. Carbon steel is considered the best for Chinese food or any Asian food cooking. I could not agree more. I purchased some burner rings to set the Wok upon while cooking and the Wok performed flawlessly as did the rings. I have made Several Chinese food dishes and include Chow Fun Noodles, Yang Chow Fried rice, Filipino Pancit, Yang Chow Lomein, Pepper Steak, Chow Mein, Egg Drop Soup ,Wonton Soup and Beef and Broccoli 🥦. All came out excellent as close to restaurant style. I have deep fried Chicken, Beef, Pork and Shrimp. All were excellent on taste and only needed a few minutes to cook each item. All were so tender they melted in my mouth.

Heart wok
People giving bad reviews about it rusting need to learn about seasoning a wok. This wok is great! Highly recommended.

Heats correctly
Really works great. Cooks quickly. Looks great I recommend. You have to seal it a few times before it doesn't stick

Arrived Damaged
The packaging was perfect but when I opened the package I found the lid (the metal ring on the outside of the glass lid) was damaged. I wouldn't mind the cosmetic aspect but it does not seat correctly on the wok due to the damage.Unfortunately, it costs more to return the item (shipping) than the cost of the Wok. I wish quality control was better.

I love that it's flat on the bottom so I can use it on my electric stove.
I love this wok. So easy to clean. Heavy enough but not too heavy. I love the extra steamer basket that comes with it.

Missing items, Poor quality
The product is missing the tong piece and the handle for the cover moves around. Not the best wok out there.

Decided not to use
I shop mainly using reviews. When I got this there weren't many reviews on here but I decided to give it a go. Recently I came on here to see horrific reviews about glass shattering, material peeling and so forth, I just decided it would be best not to use this at all.

So far the best wok I have
I was using non stick wok previously and I cook most of the time so the non stick wok only last me a year or two then the non stick coating will start to fall. After a long consideration I decided to give this carbon steel wok a try, so I watched few videos on how to season a wok plus the wok came with seasoning instruction. The wok is fantastic after seasoning, so far the best wok I've ever had. It came with a steamer tray which is good, but I don't recommend to use this wok for steaming as it may causes rusting. Or you may reseason the wok after each time you used it for steaming food which will be quite troublesome for me. I saw a few comments saying that the wok lid could break easily, I agree with that as it's quite flimsy. After all I think it worth every penny as it fries the best fried egg, u should try it. Hope my comment helps.

Very disappointed. It is not non-stick pan at all
Very Sticky even I tried to pre-oil the pan before normal use. It is awful and you can see from the uploaded photos
