Three-Body Problem Boxed Set

As is the case these days, only when a book is made into a movie or TV series, we discover masterpieces like this. This is certainly one of the best Science Fiction books I have read in a while and Liu Cixin paints a highly imaginative story that takes you to the very edge.Must read for all science fiction lovers out there.

I read the series for the first time a few years back and when the Netflix series came out read it all over again. Never felt as if i was re-reading it. This is in my view one of the supreme feats of human imagination in science fiction literature.

Thought provoking book dense with ideas and hard science. The ambiguities in the plot lead to a lot of puzzlement. I hope there will be an authentic sequel which will tie up the loose ends.

Interesting combination of fiction Covering latest understanding of Physics along with various other interesting topics across many fields.

Fires up your imagination.!

This is one of the best works of science fiction I've ever read. This will be a series to rival the foundation, dune , or the culture series.So creative, so interesting, so well written and translated. I found myself taken aback over and over again by the intricacy of this story and the daring with which it faced the logical outcomes of modern philosophy and the trajectory of progress.At the end of the book I was left with a deep feeling of gratitude. I realized no matter the powers or extent of progress there will never be a time more precious than the present because we imbue it with meaning by choosing to be present. There is nothing better than being in your time. The characters in this book struggle with this choice and through then one can realize the same choice is already ours to make far before technology makes that choice for us.A more powerful tour de force than Niche could ever have dreamed of.

My order arrived early in perfect condition. This trilogy was becoming scarce and I was happy to find it at a fair price. I noticed the price has since increased everywhere. Perhaps we are in a Chaotic Era.The books are so much better than the Netflix TV series, even when translated to English from the original Mandarin.

Além da escrita envolvente, que nos faz não largar dos livros, a ciência colocada na trilogia é robusta (sempre lembrando que se está falando de fiação científica, ou seja, nem tudo deve estar justificado com a ciência que temos hoje). Além deste aspecto, questões éticas são colocadas, com uma visão realista do que somos e de como somos. Eu recomendaria para quem não gosta de ficção científica também, pela série de assuntos tratados.

A must-read for everyone who wants to have an open mind for the coming time.
