Best machine (of many) that I tried.Unfortunately it stopped working at one point but the company helped me troubleshoot, but to no avail.They ended up sending me a replacement unit which I did not even ask for.The customer service was outstanding and the company clearly stands by their product

The device worked well until the battery failed to hold a charge after a few months. The company was quite responsive and replaced the unit, and the new unit is working well. I was impressed with the responsiveness.

The device arrived and have used it a few times already. It is working well so far, and does what it is supposed to do.

Love this machine! I use it on myself and my husband weekly. Also, the company has been great to work with. Very personal and dedicated to the customer. They replaced the unit when it died within the warranty period either very little hassle.

I purchased one of their callous removers about four years ago. It had been an excellent product but unfortunately stopped working a couple of weeks ago. I contacted customer service via email and they responded right away. After some back-and-forth, they were ready to send me a replacement. Unfortunately, I was outside the two-year warranty, but they still stand by their product. I was given a discount voucher to put toward the purchase of a replacement even though the warranty had expired.Both products are excellent! My original was the one with a spinning barrel. This one has a spinning disc, which I think I actually prefer. I really like that it has two different speeds and sucks up a lot of the callous dust. The barrel version did not have this feature. You’ll be amazed how quickly you can smooth out those rough feet!

It cuts on. It spins. It will not remove your callus. It will buff them down smooth and create loads of dust. The concept of this is it will keep the dust in a catch all for you to empty later. This is where the poor execution comes in. . . You will have dead skin stuck all throughout your device. Little particles of skin everywhere. You can wash it but the water will get into the electronics. I suggest maybe getting a qtip and alcohol to clean the nooks and crannies. So you will be stuck with smooth to the touch calluses (no debulking just buffing) and lots of dead skin. Fun. I bought it in March and threw it away in October. Save your money buy something else. Even amope is stronger and better than this. . . Dont' get sucked in by the promo coupon this is not a good product.

I am so impressed with his callus remover! I have used callus remover‘s of this style for many years. I use the Pedi vac for the longest amount of time until I finally wore it out and it stopped holding a charge. But when I tried to replace it with the newer version it would not hold a charge from the get-go. And one time it ran for about five seconds but then would not charge. Since the last model was so good I decided to give it credit and try again and requested replacement. It would not hold a charge either. Tried another brand similar to this style/look and it would not hold a charge for the first initial purchase or the second replacement! Feeling very disheartened because this style of callus remover has been the best callus remover tool by far. Finally I purchased Own Harmony callus remover, this one. Awesome!- High speed- stronger motor I can tell,- Is quieter without the high-pitched wine,- easily holds a charge beyond the length of time that I even want to use it which is typically 10 minutes- it only takes me eight minutes instead of 12 minutes to remove the calluses from my feet and even at that time it takes off twice the amount of dead skin that the Pedi Vac- it contains 99% of the dust during the removal process compared to 90% of the dust from the Pedi vac- it didn’t quit after only eight or 10 minutes. Easily hold the charge until the next time I use it a few days later; I typically use it twice a week in the summer and once a week the rest of the year- And it has no foam barrier inside to supposedly help trap the dead skin. So cleanup is even easier and I don’t risk accidentally tearing that foam pad when I wash it.- It’s easily done so into the sink and I tap it a few times on the bottom of the sink basin and it is good to go after I clean the desk with a little brush!I’m so happy and my feet are so smooth! ☺️💕

The backs of my heels started drying and cracking bad. I stuck to carpet walking. Drove me nuts. The coarse sanding disk worked best on my heels. The vacuum works but if you turn the unit upside down, the skin falls out through the disk area. Vacuumed skin is not contained in a separate area, so I vacuumed the unit with my regular vacuum. The instructions say to charge fully before using. I maybe used the unit 20min at a time. 10min per heel. The charge lasted and stayed strong throughout. The next day, the charge was drained and I had to charge it again before using.
