Moved the printer with my computer into a different room in the house and was getting a error of 7 "beeps." I used the text phone number on the label range troubleshooting page and my issue was quickly resolved! Best customer service experience I had in awhile!

This thermal printer is pretty cool. Was my first time using one of these and it set up fairly easily. The prints come out looking great. Much less hassle than printing large labels on a regular printer.Customer support is outstanding.

I would give this printer a 5 because it's such an awesome piece of equipment. No maintenance. No need for pricey toners. It performs every time. It's fast. Once the labels are set to feed, it's easy; just turn it on and print. Sounds like a 5. But... About every 10-15 labels or so, the printer prints the next label and then shoots through a blank label with it, leading to waste. I guess I could go through the trouble of opening the printer, removing the label roll, feeding the single label to print, and then putting the roll back in... See how that sounds like a lot of trouble? Yeah. Don't like that. But this printer is still the way to go if you ship a lot. It's worth every penny for performance otherwise. And doesn't demand a lot of space.

Bought this printer for my eBay business and it works like a dream! Super simple to connect to your phone through Bluetooth. Once you get the labels centered, it prints wonderfully! It’s also super compact, I have it on my lamp stand next to my chair and it barely takes up any space. I would definitely recommend this product!

I bought my printer over a year ago and needed some help getting the bluetooth function working on my computer. They give you instructions but I’m very tech challenged so I emailed labelrange. I received a real person replying back immediately which I have never experienced before. And I emailed at 2am and on the weekend. Eland sent me very detailed step-by-step instructions and it works without me needing to have the USB cable plugged in. It takes up hardly any space at all and prints lightening fast. I’m happy!
