It doesn’t supply the audio I don’t know why but maybe because of 2.0 usb

Audio Missing frequently.
The media could not be loaded. Audio missing frequently. Used few minutes. It comes and goes. Video quality is average and not bad. I checked on two machines in our studio. On obs and vmix on both machines. Checked with different hdmi video/audio sources also. Checked and changed all audio bit rates. But same issue. There is over heating after sometimes. Requested for return and replacement.

Can't insert normal HDMI cabile Why?
Does this product needs mini hdmi?? and looks like usb 3.0 need to test it after hdmi problem fixes... Help me
