i ordered this for my niece who just turned 2 years old. she fell in love with this very soft teddy bear!! she kept hugging the bear and just smiling the entire time. she even sleeps with her new teddy bear. i think it is made sturdy enough to be safe for any small child. it seems to be made out of wonderful material. it is not stiff like some bears. kids love the soft, cuddly bears! the material seems like it will last through the play of a small child. it is very cute and has such a soft feel to it. if treated right, i think this bear will last for many many years. i think if washed in the washing machine on a gentle cycle that it would come out just fine! maybe use one of the delicate wash bags or even a pillow case should work just fine. the little cute nose and eyes seems to be attached very well. i do not think they will come off. I am so glad that my niece was so happy getting this bear, unlike other toys that just gets thrown in the floor. i did receive this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

I love to spoil my nephews with stuffed animals. When I saw this one, I knew I had to get it for my 4 month old nephew since he doesn't have any yet. This one seemed perfect since it is called "My first Teddy". It doesn't actually say anything about that on the bear, that would have been a plus to have as a memory in the future. It is still adorable. I didn't realize how big it was going to be, it is almost the same size as my nephew lol. It looks just like the description and picture. It is super soft, so any kid would love it. I washed it as soon as it arrived and it held up very nice after the wash and dry. It is a very durable and strong stuffed animal yet soft and cuddly, making it perfect for a small child. I gave it to my baby nephew and he immediately hugged it. The only problem is that it is too cute that my 7 year old nephew decided to claim it as his own haha. This is a very good quality stuffed animal that any small child would love!
