Hostess Donettes Mini Donuts, Crunch, 4 Ounce, 10 Count

OK - these were good (not great because it's just packaged donuts.) But I have lost my privileges of ever buying this many again. Shoot I ate two packages a day sitting at my computer. Ack! One package seemed to be going on to the stale side. But it was the last one and I wasn't letting that stop me. Be warned, if you live alone buying these in bulk may be dangerous.

These were not good at all and I ended up throwing them out because they were so hard

I have not eaten these in a long time. Imagine my surprise to find a granular sugar texture in the crunch coating!Theses are really really fresh! The ones in the vending machines at work never had that. They also weren't real fresh. They weren't stale,they just weren't über fresh!Has anyone else noticed this?

I enjoy an occasional donut now and again, and when I got these from amazon, they were the absolute, freshest donuts I've ever sank my teeth into. OMG. Soooo good. #Want - and so #Ordered.

This product had a horrible chemical taste. I had to throw it out.

When the title says "6 count (Pack of 10)", it does not mean you get 6 boxes with 10 packages in each, but rather 1 box with 10 packages with 6 donettes each. So instead of getting 360 donettes (6 boxes x 10 packages/box x 6 per package), you really only get 60 donettes (1 x 10 x 6).The box actually says "10 - 6 packs" thus most people would think "6 count (pack of 10)" would mean 6 boxes.

I bought these in a weak moment, telling myself I would only eat 3 (half the serving) each day. Turns out, I can't do it. They are so good I had eaten all 6 of them before I knew it. BAM! 420 calories, 10g of Saturated fat & 18g of FAT in total. I really can't figure out how Hostess can cram *that many calories* into these little donuts. I mean, they are really dry inside so it doesn't seem possible they could have so much fat! I have to believe it, surely Hostess wouldn't label them to say they have way more calories than they actually do. So, like the Muddy Buddy snacks (that didn't taste all that great), I am currently handing them out to the trick-or-treaters. The younger children aren't selecting these, but the bigger ones (age 7 & up) are. There are only a couple of packs left and I will be glad when this temptation is out of my house. For taste, I would give them 5 stars. But I had to remove one because nutritionally they don't earn even one star.

Freeze them and have them with Coffee in the morning a few at a time. It is heavenly.Only place I know of you can get them in semi bulk. Best flavor IMHO.
