The quality is great, the hardcover and the size. I read the whole book in one sitting, the story and the tips are great for a balanced healthy lifestyle. I am a student and I get bombarded with so many diets that are unsustainable, this book explains to look at your diet and workout in a different way. It worked for me, you become more intuitive with your eating and more mindful in your workouts, more quality of life overall. I really recommend it, I did get in better shape and it is a very good motivation to take care of yourself.
