Men’s Wood Watch, Natural Bamboo and Sandalwood with Quartz Movement, Genuine Leather Strap … (Sandalwood)

I purchased this watch about 10 days ago. When I got it and went to set the time, I found a small plastic clip between the stem and the body of the watch effectively keeping the watch from running and thus ensuring that the battery would be fresh for the user. Removing the clip, I set the watch and pushed in the stem. The watch second hand began running and to this day the watch has kept time in perfect sync with the computer that I used to set it.I collect watches both inexpensive an expensive. While this watch is an inexpensive watch, it is not a cheap watch and looks like it cost considerably more. Light and comfortable. I like my choice but if I was to purchase a second one, I would opt for a lighter colored wood for the dial face. And given the price, one could certainly own more than one.

I've been collecting watches for a while now and have tried another wood watch in this $20-30 price point and in comparison, of this is a better watch. There's many $20 wood watch options out there and I don't regret spending just a touch more on this one. The extra cost provides a well constructed strap that will age well due to its quality leather, a longer battery life well beyond its competitors and the design of the watch face makes it easy to read at a glance with the darkened accentuated hour lines. This wood watch's aesthetic quality is unusual, minimal and can style up any outfit.This watch does draw the attention. Its orange brown tones catch the eyes and crafty details like the red stitching make for a beautiful little fashion accessory. Guys can make the most of the little accessorizing options we can muster up here with a wood watch and women going for that oversized watch face look will be pleased.I'd recommend just going for this one -- this company did it right and the slightly higher price is definitely well allocated to give longevity to users. Hope yours brings enjoyment as is mine.

I like watches and have about a dozen. Bought this based on looks in when browsing on Amazon - it is far nicer than I expected! If anything it looks even better than the photo online, but that is pretty accurate. What I didn't expect for $25 is that the wood is finely finished and very professional and that the strap is supple soft leather. Really a bargain! Not water resistant nor did I expect it to be - it is all wood, including the back.

Just got this today so this is obviously not a durability review. The finish on the watch is nice and I very much like how light the watch is. Unlike other watches where you expect to feel the weight, I expected this to be very light. If it weren't for the band you wouldn't know it was on. And that is what takes a star away. The band is kind of shabby and doesn't look very durable. Some may actually like the unfinished look of the band so this will be a preference thing all the way. The problem is how the band attaches to the watch. It has a non standard band and pin so I think finding a replacements won't be easy. I think they did this for a reason however. Since the watch is real wood, if the tabs (lugs) where the band attached were too small, they would simply snap off. This design necessity will make finding another band difficult. Also it has some obvious imperfections as demonstrated in the images. But hey, its a watch made out of wood. Scuba diving is definitely not an option.If you found this review helpful please click the appropriated button below. Although I am a big watch guy, from pocket to wrist watch I love them.. but this was not for me I got it as a gift to my stepdad he loves it, he is a wood worker and he as well loves just about any kind of watch. The build is pretty good the band is so so it's a flux leather but a band is an easy fix for the price of the watch, the face is nice and the body of the watch it's self is nice no sharp points so it feels nice on the skin. It is wood so if it starts to get a lite color rather then dark you need to oil it. Butcher block oil or baby oil be safe for your skin and the wood.

Having ordered this a few days ago, I just received the watch and it is BEAUTIFUL, exactly as it appears in the Amazon photos. I have a very skinny wrist and was worried it might be a bit too big & bulky but it's perfect. I'll admit I'm a bit of a watch nut (I have a lot of them) and am so happy to add this one to my collection. And I have to say, of the many dozens of things I've bought on Amazon over the years, for the first time I actually received a private email from the company -- in fact, from the OWNER of the company -- personally thanking me for the purchase and providing her direct contact info should I ever have any issues or questions about the watch. That has never happened before. I've worked in the customer service industry for 25 years and that truly impressed me. Thank you Viable Harvest...you've got one new and very happy customer! As much as I love watches, this is likely not the last you'll see of me!

Cool watch. Gets many compliments.Had it for a year and a half. Didn't wear it every day and sometimes not for weeks at a time. Worked well until yesterday when I noticed the second hand had fallen off and was hanging out on the face of the watch. It prevents the other hands from moving freely and renders the watch useless. Not sure if I should buy a new one or a different kind.

Bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift a year ago. Still works and looks great. No issues with it. I was honestly a little hesitant after reading some reviews but took a chance anyway because there was definitely good ones and I loved the look of it. It’s not a sport watch obviously, so I’m sure it is more delicate in that aspect. He’s careful to not get it wet but wears it a lot when going out to dinner our when he’s in the office. He loves the look of it and especially the leather band. He wears it all the time! This isn’t the watch to wear while doing manual labor or while doing something super active. The watch is really beautiful and a great piece for anyone who likes watches to add to their collection.

Nice watch, good quality leather strap and the flash of red stitching is a nice touch. But the best part obviously is the face, a fine piece of work made of red-brown sandalwood. Very reasonable price, happy with purchase hope it lasts.
