Assembly: Pretty easy if you have someone to help, little time consuming. You definitely need to have a wrench, the one supplied with the tools won’t get you anywhere.Quality: It’s not bad. Very light, can easily lift the whole thing and move it around.Functionality: Poor. Only usable for bench press. You CANNOT bench at normal grip. The barbell stand position blocks your ability to have a normal barbell grip. You can ONLY do either Wide grip or narrow grip, absolutely NOT the normal grip. Get it if you are ok with having bench press with just Wide & Narrow grip option.The side chest flys are useless, absolute gimmicks, forget about them. The leg extensions are also completely obsolete, super wobbly. But the hamstring curl variation does work.Price to Value: At current price at 600 AED, would definitely recommend going for other exact products available at much cheaper price range.

Very very small you will can't trining

It does the work. Bits on both sides do not add much value. I keep it out in the garden all the time. So far in two months its been doing a great job. Not very strong and I know its not going to last for years and I think its life shouldn’t be more than a year.

Waste of money. Couldn't use it even once. Not worth buying
