Keeps the water out ( in the shower)and if you put a little duct tape around the seal you can swim in an inground pool. My son did it for 4 weeks! His Dr. asked for the brand when he told him. Don't buy any other this is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!

The plastic was already pulled away from the ring in one spot. Can't return since we opened the package. It still worked, but won't last long since it was already broken.

It was amazing until the seal tore and the cast got wet :( I'm ordering another because I need it.

This is totally worth it it works great
