I previously had a basic Philips Sonicare electric toothbrush, which worked really well for many years before it finally died. Since I happen to be a Xiao Zhan fan, I decided to buy this Usmile toothbrush partly since he’s the ambassador. I was really impressed with the packaging—reminded me of an Apple product. The toothbrush itself is made of sleek matte plastic and have the cheap plastic feel that some items can have. I happen to prefer this smooth look to the Phillips brush, which purposefully had a rubbery feel that was supposed to help with gripping but tended to get dirty. I also like that one charge on Usmile can last a while. Toothbrush itself works fine just like any other electric toothbrush- feels similar to the base model Philips Sonicare, except it has 3 modes instead of 1. Overall pretty impressed. Just hope the replacement brush heads aren’t too expensive!

I am super surprised that they come with white toothbrush heads with a Full Black Set.I bought 3 Black Sets.I have to purchase black toothbrush heads replacement somewhere else.Thank you.

And he always does advertisements for good products. I like very much the design and in the future I will updated about battery life. etc.Just I got disappointed about the box I receive. It's not the one showing here that is more pretty [ just a plain small black box}Also I got 2 white and pink when the order clearly state the color is black .I'm returning one to see if I got the correct order.Update: I send the request to replace the box with the right color and they did an amazing job. I got it the next day and the box is very pretty. ( The black one). So far I like the toothbrush and planning to order some other models.

As a international Xiao Zhan fan I was super excited to be able to buy something from a brand he’s the ambassador of, since we don’t ever get Xiao Zhan products in the US. Coincidentally I actually needed a new toothbrush so it was perfect haha, but it works amazingly! I use the whitening brush and when I tell you my teeth feel polished they FEEL polished. I like how the toothbrush vibrates differently to indicate to change the setting (kind of missed that the first time I used it) and each mode is different and you can definitely tell each setting does something different. I’m very happy with my purchase and being able to support Xiao Zhan :))

I got to know about usmile products due to usmile’s global brand spokesperson, Xiao Zhan! As an international Xiao Fei Xia, I was very excited to be able to support Xiao Zhan! I always trust Xiao Zhan’s endorsements and this one has not let me down! I’m very happy with this product and it’s definitely worth the price! The toothbrush is very easy to use and it even comes with a timer to help you keep track of your cleaning. I would definitely recommend this product and plan on purchasing more for family and friends.

The price is really why I bought it to begin with, but holy cow, it really cleans my teeth!!! At first it seemed to vibrate much more than the other more expensive electronic toothbrushes I have used, but after a few uses, I didn’t notice it some much. I like the timer, and the second brush head that is fir whitening. I can’t truly comment on the life of the battery between charges since I haven’t had it very long, but I know the my old toothbrush would have had to be charged by now. I would recommend this sonic toothbrush with a 5 star rating.

The toothbrush is pretty nice for the price. Very cost-effective. Good battery. The toothbrush comes ready to use. Without charging it and haven’t had to plug it in to charge it, I used it for quite a long time. My teeth are cleaner and whiter than before. Different power satisfies my need in different period for a day.

I bought a set for myself first to try and I really loved it, battery life extremely long, > 6 months, good technology and design for cleaning, so I bought two more sets for family members, they all love it.

I've bought 2 of these and they are amazing. Only problem is getting replacemt heads. I've had to buy another of the sets just to get some replacement heads. Can't seem to buy them or alternatives anywhere. Are they obsolete? Could you advise where to get replacements?

Why pay hundreds for a name brand electric toothbrush when this one does everything you need at a fraction of the cost? I don't know about you, but I don't need a bulky charging station or a Bluetooth-connected app, or any of that nonsense. I just need a good electronic toothbrush. That's what this is! USB-C charging is great (no proprietary charging nonsense) and the battery seems to last FOREVER. My expensive name brand toothbrush only gets a few days of use if I leave it off the charger, but this usmile one promises six months! I'll update this review in six months with my findings, but so far so good! The two brush heads are nice and soft. The unit itself is quiet when it runs, which I love (I've used some truly noisy competitors that sounded more like hedge clippers). IPX7 means it's not just water resistant, but actually waterproof (can be submerged up to 1 meter in water for 30 minutes). The 2-minute timer (with 30 second intervals) is my favourite feature, so I know exactly how to optimize my brushing.

So our daughter just got her braces off and she wanted a new toothbrush. So this was a great price and we figured that we would give it a try. My wife and I both have more expensive cordless toothbrushes and this one seems to do the job just as well as ours. Maybe I'm just not a toothbrush connoisseur, but if I were buying again I think we would just buy these. Comes with 2 different brush heads depending on what you are looking to do. A soft brush and a whitening brush. Like all electric toothbrushes, it feels weird at first and was quite entertaining watching out daughter use it. But after a few days, we asked and she likes it. So all is good! Really what more do you want. Great price and does what it says it's supposed to do.

The media could not be loaded.  Having used a "conventional" toothbrush for years, I decided to give this new fandangled version a try. And, yep! It's pretty cool! I have only used it for a couple of weeks now, but the urge to scrub back and forth (creating small grooves in your teeth - as I was told by my dentist), is gone. The super fast vibrations (there are three different modes on this brush) were a little difficult to get used to at first, but I am totally fine with it now. I really feel like this brush gives me a new level of clean, and am enjoying using this brush for sure. It comes with two different heads (whitening and soft) and I have mainly been using the soft one. I found it a little too hard at first actually, but after running it under warm water for 10 to 15 seconds, it is just about perfect.
