I have had trouble skin for decades and have been using prescription strength cortisone/lotrisone cream plus Dr. Scholl's powder and barely kept it under control. Any variance in my routine would result in torn, weeping and bleeding skin. I thought those areas would be an itchy, angry red forever.Then, I was hospitalized and the nurses wanted to put this on me. I balked because it's petroleum-based and would trap the moisture next to my skin. I couldn't see it making it anything but worse. But, they did it anyway, and when I ran out once I got home, I had to find some more.This stuff is amazing. My trouble areas are actually a normal color now, my skin is a lot healthier (no weeping, bleeding or tearing), and I haven't used the lotrisone and Dr. Scholl's combo since that stay in the hospital. It's so nice to escape that funky medicated smell!It seems counterintuitive, but, if you've resigned yourself to always having troubled skin, take a leap of faith and give this a shot. You won't be disappointed.

This is a thick ointment that becomes more liquid upon contact with body heat. I am a caregiver for an elderly man that is prone to genital fungal infections due to an aging immune system and the wearing of disposable briefs. The briefs hold in a lot of heat esp here in the deep south. Applying this each day keeps him fungus free.

This is the best over the counter product I've ever seen to treat Candida. I suffered for years, was using a prescription that had side effects as it was a steroid & my doctor would no longer prescribe. I was at the point of desperation when I discovered this product. That was over a year ago & I couldn't be more pleased. Great, great product!

this stuff was so effective in getting rid of my fungus. It clears up in a matter of days or weeks depending on how severe it is at the time. But overall, very effective stuff compared to the over the counter stuff I've bought before.

I was introduced to this in the hospital while undergoing brain surgery. I do have a lot of intertrigo rashes so this helps soothe my flare-ups.

fantstic for skin fold areas

Whoever delivered this to me left it out in front of my building, didn't even bother to deliver at my door. Didnt realize how very small they are about the size of your handA little bit grainy & oily if you ask me not smooth like regular lotion.I used it on my son and from what I can see it has helped with his fungal infection , his skin isn't dried out like before. On top of using selsum blue and this lotion his infection is starting to go away.

I got this for my dog that was having issues with getting yeast infections. No complaints, seemed to sooth and help just fine. Was a bit thick, and hard to put on, but a little went a long ways. My only warning maybe with using it on animals is to be careful, as of course, they do not know not to lick...so naturally be cautious, and use a cone to prevent licking if this is an issue [as I do not know if it is toxic, though can't imagine anything is safe to consume of this nature...either way, always better to be safe rather than sorry].

Feb. 22: Have sed it now for 6 days twice a day on my ring worm. For 4 days there was a sting after application. The sting and itch are now gone after 6 days. The skin irritation is still visible. Which is to be expected. First you kill the culprit. Than you work on repairing the damage.
