Good quality and easy to install dimmer.
Item fits into the very low profile type box without fouling as long as you can route the cables around the side of the part that extrudes out the back of the faceplate (not up behind it) so in my case was a dead easy install and shouldn't cause anyone any problems. dimmer knob clicks on/off on rotation (not push type) but the mechanism is smooth and works well. Very happy with the purchase.

Turn me on with my plastic knob
I have yet to get this installed so might edit this review depending on its usefulness.However, it looks like a solid piece of kit and ideal for 16mm back-boxes so saves on hacking more of my wall to fit a deeper one.If I don't return with an edit within a couple of weeks then you can take it that this is a good dimmer switch.

Poor quality
Very poor quality - The dimmer has a lightweight (flimsy) knob which doesn't work every-time

Shallow dimmer
Fits shallow boxes well, and works fine, only problem ( the reason I had to buy another) is that if you turn the knob too hard, the plastic spindle breaks ( poor design)
