Primera 4100 Cartridge [Black] Set of 2 Compatible - Disc Publisher Series - Technical Support

I have been buying ink from this company for many many months now and accidentally purchased ink for the wrong printer. I didn’t have to worry about returning it or reaching it. They NOTICED and corrected my error for me. Talk about anticipating needs! I’m super grateful. My error could have set us back in production but instead, we are on track. Thank you!!Now, I admit that we have had a bum cartridge or two over the course of our hundreds of dollars in purchases from this company but 1) they take care of any issues we notify them of and 2) even if I occasionally have to discard a cartridge before it’s life is fully lived, I am printing at a fraction of the cost of OEM. The ink, in general, is solid.

Let's start with the positives: The company tries really hard to make this work, and they were proactive about reaching out with customer support. I really do think their heart is in the right place.That said, I'd have to class my use of this one as a failure, and bottom line, the price saving wasn't worth the problems.I experimented using just their blue inks in a set with other OEM inks in my Bravo 4100. Their blue cartridge initially flagged as an invalid cartridge, but resetting the printer allowed it to be used. Color printing was OK (if a bit bluish). That there was a bigger problem was evidenced while trying to print grayscale disk images--all of which suddenly became bluish in tone.Later, when one of my OEM magenta inks ran out, the printer tried to reject the replacement OEM ink, as well as a second cartridge as invalid. Pulling out the half-spent _blue_ cartridge set things to right again, and now prints are back to original quality.I don't know if the issue is with the manufacturing of these cartridges, or with the failure to completely defeat the built-in copy protection of the printer/ink cartridges (yes, Lexmark printers [which Primera is based upon] have chips to prevent exactly this: the use of much cheaper refill cartridges). In any case, while I appreciate Verus trying to resolve the issue, I ultimately have disks to print and will regretfully return to paying about twice as much for all OEM cartridges for now.

This product works great with my 4100. I have used this product for many years. The most important part is that Gui will help you in any way that he can. If you ever have a problem, he will help diagnose it. If its a cartridge problem, he will replace it to make it right. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES!
