I have had these for almost a year now and have decided to get a second set. Even after getting a dishwasher, I have decided that glassware is just too hard to keep clean so I am going to replace them with more of these cups. They are sturdy and I like their design that has the colors on the inside (classic coffee mug shape with a more modern twist). The colors all go nice with coffee except for the blue, I use that one for milk (I don't like the green either but with the purchase of a second set I will relegate those to scoops for bird seed and dog food). Another thing I like is that these are larger than some coffee mugs; if my last cup has gone cold I don't have to dump it out, I just brew another pod of coffee right on top of the leftover coffee (although it then needs to go into the microwave, which this cup is perfect for to the extent that the handle doesn't get too hot). No breaks of chips, and although I have only dropped them on a thickly padded mat I am not concerned about their durability.

I was hesitant to purchase because there were so many reviews about broken cups and poor quality. My set was perfect. They have nice sharp lines, no chips, and the color is vibrant. The 16 oz is the perfect size for my coffee maker, and the coffee pod to water proportion is really good. In the smaller 8 oz cups I feel like the coffee comes out too muddy for me. They feel balanced and solid. The colors are gorgeous. I bought them for orange and yellow, but the spring green is my favorite. The red is classic, the ocean blue is striking. Surprisingly, though I don’t usually like purple, it looks really nice and saturated. I’m glad it was included. I can’t speak to quality yet, but if they chip or break I will update my review.

I wanted an every-day cup that was practical and attractive to replace my chipped and cracking pottery cups. These porcelain cups are truly perfect! The inside colors are vibrant and cheerful! And, the black exterior is "silky" to the touch. I've never noticed the feel of any other cup - ever - but, this one just asks to be touched. I find I enjoy running a finger down the outside when I'm holding it between sips. Totally recommend this product!

Keeps Coffee hot and holds adequate size for morning coffee. The style and color are great for any kitchen or event with friends.

These mugs were a random impulse purchase just to change things and also because black tends to be my favorite go to color. Well let me tell you. These mugs are such high quality and are soooo well priced that I can't think of any other mugs that will come even close. They're sturdy, easy to hold, look fantastic, are colorful but subtle and most of all, they look/feel completely premium. They've held up very well and were packaged so well, we thought we had ordered something much more expensive. The larger size is also perfect for frequent coffee drinkers, and they're super easy to clean.This is a well worth purchase, and if we had more space, I'd buy a second set for the heck of it in case they stop manufacturing these.

I bought these mugs 3 years ago and they were the best 16oz mugs ever for coffee. The purple in the first set was great. I needed a replacement because the yellow one cracked in the microwave and a red aficionado begged to keep the red one. So I decided to get another set. They really are the best mugs ever for coffee. The new set is taller and narrower and thinner pottery but holds the same amount of liquid. The black outside is ultra smooth on the new mugs, I prefer the old set black texture. The new mugs gets hotter, probably because the pottery is thinner now. As others have said, the purple color is a very brown purple. I still love the very colorful set, always a surprise which color you’re gonna get each morning. Plus the colors are cheery, except the new purple, so they add a little sunshine! Just don’t put in the microwave even tho they say you can!
