My wife has used this for years and swears by it. I was very skeptical finding it hard to believe that a cream could penetrate deep enough to relieve pain caused by arthritis. I finally reached a point where my walking was impaired so I relented and tried it. By the following morning the pain in my foot was dramatically reduced, probably over ninety percent! By the afternoon the pain was completely gone! Most surprising was the fact that the pain never returned to the degree that it once was. I have found that an application at a time when the pain begins merely requires one application and I experience relief for months. Misleading: Item picture and item heading description do not match
This product says it is T Relief Pain Relief "OINTMENT" - the picture of the tube says cream and that is what I received - thus the 4 stars instead of 5. I wanted and thought I was getting the ointment - which is more effective than the cream. I previously ordered the cream from another source which was a bit higher than Amazon. Amazon, please change the picture to match the description so others aren't mislead. On a scale of 1-10 for effectiveness (10 being the best), in my opinion, the cream is a 7 and the ointment is a 10.

I love this product!
I use this product for pain relief in that I have multiple musculoskeletal issues, I have also used this product on my elderly mother who bruises easily and it helps them disappear quicker. I also used it on her when she once had a slight ankle sprain and it healed in 5 days. I love this product!
