Vivid Linen Short Sleeve Dress

Like the medium weight of the linen and that it isn't cheap and see-through! Love the pockets. Have received alot of compliments. Had to have it shortened. I would buy it again +

Amazon should work with the seller about the sizing chart. So, when i look at a sizing chart and it says X for "bust", I am assuming it means, for an X sized bust, NOT for the width of the dress around the bust area. Big difference. I bought an M which said bust between 37.5-39 which is in the zone for my bust size. However, the dress is about that width in the cloth, and assuming you need room to fit inside, it was super tight. HOWEVER, I LOVE the detail and quality of the sewing, the seamstresses for this seller are immaculate, the color, weight and feel of the linen is exactly what I hoped. The package arrived yesterday from Hong Kong, but luckily the return address was on the West Coast. I returned both orders today (ordered olive and navy), and turned around and reordered larger size, in fact two sizes larger. Judging by the cut of the dress, I think an Xl will look on me the same way as the model pictured, ie, a nice roomy fit that drapes elegantly. I don't usually make sizing booboos like this, as I hate having to return stuff. So I am giving this five stars and count the size order as my fault, but I do think Asian sellers tend to overstate the roominess in their measurements, likely because the people they are used to are so small boned. (I can say this, I am actually of Asian descent but a big girl for my heritage).

Like the cut and style, but was a bit disappointed in the quality of the fabric. Maybe it will become softer with time? I wear a lot of linen, and all of it has a softer hand feel.

I was pleased with this nicely made dress. I did have the sides of the bodice part taken in a bit (due to personal preference to define my waist a bit more).

This is very well made and soft, the color is a little darker than i thought but it is fine. I would have liked to order some pants from them but all their products are unavailable . This is not a cheap dress, but it is of much better quality. The only issue i had was that it took a long time to get the parcel by mail. It was 3 weeks before i got it but it was very well packaged and arrived in good condition.

I ordered this dress in Prussian Blue and it's a very pretty color. But the dress was super long and wide, and was shapeless. The biggest thing that bothered me was that when I held it up to look at it, I could see light through it easily. I just felt like the dress cost too much for the material to be so thin, and so I returned it.

I bought this in both white and black and absolutely love them ! Everything about them says quality. The fabric is gorgeous with just the right drape and flow. Neither is "see through" and they are beautifully cut, draped and sewn. There fit EXACTLY as pictured...full and soft at ankle length. So they are a slightly oversized "relaxed" fit. Honestly, I feel graceful and feminine with a nod to Boho chic. I look like a model in this!
