Out of box failure
I Unboxed the air conditioner and let it sit for 8 hours. Upon testing it, the air coming from the front and the rear exhaust is the same temperature. The compressor is running but no cooling occurs so it must be an internal problem.

cools great but has a flaw
Got this for my daughters bedroom and it does cool it down a lot, took off a star because its very loud, and one night the hose disconnected in middle of the night and when she woke the unit was extremely hot..almost fried it..the tubing does not stay connected tightly..i have a high sence for the livingroom and never had a problem with the hose..but nothing a little duck tape wont fix lol

worth the price by far
havnt used heat part yet but ac worked great for 2 rooms and cheaper to run than the old 220 volt window unit we had

Mildly satisfied
This system and very loud. Also it randomly smells like rotten fish in our home due to something I the system. It seems to blow cool air well. However due to the small and leaking water when in use. Not sure if I will ever buy this model again.
