My kit came with three rings/ green/black/red. I purchased these particular rings because I have already tried the hand ball type of exercisers and found them to not have very much range in my grip(like doing push-ups 4 inches @ a time. I started on the green ring which was very taxing and found that got full range of movement with my hand. Works very well/easy to put in your pocket and is a eyecatcher when people see you using it. I get"What is that?" a lot. I have no idea what strengths pound wise these are but so far the green one is the only one I can use. The black ring I can no way crush but I can move it a bit.The red ring..Fugetaboutit. Cannot even budge that ring at all. Would love to know the poundage on the rings but there was nothing in the package. So far I have been unable to use my fingers inside the ring as shown in the pictures because they are too strong for me to move. Maybe some day I could work up to the more solid rings...wish they offered lighter lbs ones so I could use them on my fingers. Great new idea for working your grip.

I ordered these because I have RA and my hands hurt a lot and also are a lot weaker than they used to be. My specialist told me to get a stress ball to help with that, but most of them I've found have this weird film. I ended up buying a nice one, but then I read I can't even set it down on most surfaces because whatever is inside will stain the furniture, so when I saw these I was thrilled. No weird film, no furniture staining, and I can work up to more strength. These are nice, but I have suggestion; I wish they had the weight on them so I didn't have to keep squeezing them to find the lightest one. I know I'll get used to them and remember which is which, but that would be nice.I received this item at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

These are a great choice instead of the standard metal grip strengtheners. I found these easy to hold, gentler on my hands. There are three different weight levels. It would be nice if they were labeled as to the strength. Also, it would be helpful if they were attached by a cord to each other or at least came in a pouch to keep them all together. They are sturdy and well made and will last a long time.

Both my kids compete in Jiu-Jitsu so we are constantly looking for ways to improve their grip strength (for anyone familiar with BJJ you know why thats important), it can make or break your results at a tournament. So when I saw these were being offered at a discount for a review, I figured why not? Worst case was that they didn't work all that great and I had to write a bad review. That being said... I was having a hard time deciding the stars to give them, but decided on 5 because in all fairness they are exactly described & work well. They also seem to have good durability (my Shiba Inu puppy got ahold of our green one & it actually survived with only a few teeth marks). My only issue with them (which is entirely my own issue) is that they are a bit large. Not only are they a bit to big for my daughter who is 9 to do 1 handed (she has figured out a 2 handed method), but they are also just a little bit big for my hands & it makes them awkward.So all in all... they are great & as described. But if you have little hands these may be awkward

I am loving these Fit Grips Hand Grip Strengthener and I just recently received them! I am using the easiest one (yellow) and it is perfect for me right now. Hopefully I can move up to orange eventually but for now I'm very happy with the yellow. I have an autoimmune disease and my hands don't have the strength they used to and they hurt a lot. I don't like the traditional silver clamp/spring style ones. Those are uncomfortable to use. These are so soft and comfortable. If squeezing them one way is uncomfortable after a while it's easy enough to change position in your hand. You can really find several different ways to use these. It's a solid rubbery circle. These are a really cool alternative to the spring based hand strengtheners I see everywhere. They're more comfortable in your hand and look a lot less weird to have lying around. They also can double as a stress ball if you're having a rough day. There's also a distinct difference in resistance between the colors. They very obviously require different levels of effort to use.I received this item at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest review. Regardless, I'm super happy with my purchase.
