Just what I needed (hearing has faded with age and "sonic assault"). The radio quality sucks, but that's not why I got this.One note - the control buttons are pretty flat and stiff to move. I always have trouble telling which button is which when I first wake up - hit the snooze instead of off, or vice versa. I am going to find a workaround of some sort.There really should be a better internal battery system... because it's my primary "wake up," I spent $$$ and bought a separate UPS that can keep it going for a couple of days. That way, a power outage overnight doesn't mean I get screwed up in the morning.I bought the extender cord for the vibrator so it could reach the bed with the radio unit over on a dresser.

This thing is garbage. When set to play radio and vibrate, it's only trying to play radio. Which is a failure on its own as the radio setting is controlled by a knob instead of digitally and the antenna is short. The only time it vibrates is when it's in test mode. And don't expect this thing to be very loud, I've had $10 bluetooth speakers louder than this thing.

Read this before you buy! You cannot use the shaker and the radio at the same time (which defeats purpose of paying $70)... the radio quality is horrible and you have to use an analog dial (the radio isnt digital). battery backup didnt even work. Total waste of time waiting on this product to get here just to have to return it right back to the ups store.

The alarm clock is so great. I have a hearing problem and that vibrator under my pillow is fantastic. You can't hit the the snooze button too many times because the vibrator is annnoying. I highly recommend it

Exactly what I was looking for.

I'm deaf. The vibration is very strong and it does wake me up, but it doesn't keep time well at all. I constantly had to reset the time on this clock. Also, I prefer a completely dark room to sleep in. I cannot dim this clock enough for my preferences. For the money spent on this, I would not buy it again.
