I needed a new remote for my old whirlpool AC. I didn't need to do anything but put inbatteries and press power. It works perfectly.

The remote didn't work. Didn't come with instructions so assumed it would work with fresh batteries and press go. Nuthin. Requested a refund and instead, they're sending me a replacement of the exact same thing that doesn't work on my AC. We'll see if this is going to be a long arduous refund.

Works perfect right out of the packaging for my Whirlpool AC unit. So glad to not have a headache trying to find a remote that syncs up. Thank you!
