More different from cassia cinnamon than I thougt it would be.
I have always used cassia cinnamon like they sell in the grocery store so I guess I was expecting this to taste more like that than it does. It doesn't have much flavor at all compared to the cassia cinnamon. I find myself using much more of this kind in an attempt to get more flavor. I have read that this is the true cinnamon that gives you health benefits. I just recently learned about this difference so wanted to try it, mostly because of the health benefits. I even read that you should not eat too much of the cassia cinnamon because it could cause liver damage if you do. I also noticed that this cinnamon has a different more fibrous texture. I'll probably get used to it but I think I will try some other brands too so I can compare them to see if this is common in ceylon cinnamon.

Great value and full of cinnamon flavor
Great value and full of cinnamon flavor, without the excessive amounts of Coumarin that you can get from other cinnamon varieties.

If you want cinnamon that tastes like cinnamon, this isn’t it.

Limited use
I tried it for cinnamon toast and have say there is not much taste or aroma of cinnamon, but works fine in smoothies. Not sure what its worth in cooking
