Really happy! My AirBolt was actually delivered way faster than predicted! I have been using it for a bit now and can definitely say that I LOVE IT and I found the app very easy to use! I actually tried it at my gym the other day as well. Definitely has a good weight to it, is of great quality and love not having to carry a bunch of my keys around for my suitcase as I travel a lot for work! Definitely recommend buying these, TSA hasn't been an issue either.

I'm a professional touring musician and put these locks on my cases for protection and location tracking. My airbolt lock got chopped off of my bags with essential equipment and when I tried to track my lock, it cannot be tracked. I don't know why a company would add a feature that needs to be in "close range" in order to see. If something is lost, the point is to track it. Right now, I'm on tour overseas and the app still shows my bag at my house eventhough it's 2 blocks from my hotel. (See pic attached) Here the email message I got from the company after trying to "upsell me" on an additinal $150 GPS tracker"I am sorry that you have had issues but the lock is not a GPS tracker..it relies on the Phone's location when it is connected to bluetooth. This is the limitation with any bluetooth device. The only reason we mentioned the GPS is because tracking is important to you. You must give your app location service permissions and if it is not in your bluetooth range it won't update location - you can mark it as lost to do crowd location tracking - this is explained hereWhat is Crowdsourced Location Tracking and how does it work?"

Followed directions to setup. Never received verification email. Tried multiple emails, did not receive any verification. When attempt to login with email and password receive message “verify email” but it never sent the email. Produce too expensive to have this many issues. Submitted ticket to support - agent was able to create my account without the email. The setup instructions did not work exactly as stated, but was able to get the lock to pair and activate after a few tries. Once actually activated, product worked great!

It does keep my things secure and having 2 ways to open it shows versatility in establishing multiple ways of entry. I love it!!

This is a great and very versatile lock that can be used for tons of different applications on anything with a zipper. Designed for traveling and tracking, this thing can be used on backpacks at school, gym bags, etc. Its easy to use, easy to program, has a great app and the company is top notch. I highly recommend this lock.

This lock was fully charged. Left it for a few weeks and went to check and make sure it still would connect to my phone, it was DEAD. Really good idea but this thing is EXTREMELY unreliable. Would not recommend in its current state.

I have two of these airbolt locks and I really love them for traveling. The battery last a very long time, and I like the fact that you can use either the app or a user designated code to open the lock. I would say that 90% of the time I use the code and not the app. The app is good to check on the battery level and locational data, but that's about it. I like the fact that I can use the cable to secure several of the pockets at once. Great service by the seller as well.

When the box arrived I was surprised by the cheap packaging bc the product looked like a quality lock. Just an observation. The lock itself is sturdy, however the app is glitchy, 90% of the time it doesn’t connect, and the combo back up lock you can set seems flimsy and I can’t trust it.

Es el tercero qeu compro, no se si por el vendedor que este último es diferente, pero se siente diferente, hace diferente el sonido de los botones, además lo pedí rojo y llegó negro, no le pongo una estrella por que al parecer funciona bien, que sea otro color no afecta el funcionamiento ni los sonidos, pero si me llama la atención por que la etiqueta dice Red, no se si lo abrieron antes o que pudo haber pasado

A luggage lock without keys. Nice attractive colour. The lock has a lead slim enough to fit through a 5mm zip lock attachment. Reviews where highly recommended. Decision to buy was based on how much personal security is valued.
