Prolimatech Megahalems CPU Cooler and Dual Ultra Sleek Vortex 14 PWM Fan Bundle

The Megahalems CPU heatsink is amazing, keeps temps low even when passive-cooled (no fan). But this bundle with pair of slim fans, along with included hangers, DO NOT fit the heatsink! On the box, it states: "140mm x 140mm x 25mm" for compatible fan size. The slim fans are "15mm" wide and there's a little space between with hangers hooked onto inside holes closest to heatsink (hangers don't reach the outside corner holes). It hangs loosely and I bet would shake and fall off if I powered on the computer. This is unacceptable!So, only choices left were to leave it passive-cooled or pay extra for a new fan that will fit. I bought the Phanteks U-Type Dual Tower Heat-Sink CPU Cooler PH-TC12DX_BK (which I'll use in another build), took one of the 120mm x 25mm fans with included hangers off that, and was able to mount it directly on the Megahalems heatsink.(See attached pictures).I emailed seller Prolimatech via Amazon Messages on 05/21/2017. After (5) Days, I got ZERO response from Prolimatech. So, -1 star for fans that DON'T fit despite Amazon ad showing picture of it mounted onto the heatsink. And -1 more star for no reply to my Amazon email message.I'm willing to adjust my star rating if Prolimatech finally responds to me and provides some kind of helpful advice. Until then, buyer beware! You'll get a massive heatsink that is good enough to be passive-cooled (with strong case airflow), but the bundled slim fans/hangers don't fit. You're better off just buying the Megahalems heatsink only which is sold separately or skip this and consider buying another brand like the Phanteks PH-TC12DX_BK heatsink that I bought which includes two fans in a push-pull configuration and it's nearly half the price ($89.94 vs. $49.99).UPDATE (6/21/2017):It's been a month since I sent the Amazon email to Prolimatech seller and still no response. At this point, I've lost hope that they read my email or even cared that I paid extra for fans that don't fit their own heatsink. So, I lowered the rating down to 2-Stars for their lack of customer service, false advertisement on their heatsink/fan combo, and spending extra $$ on fans that I can't use.

Great. Love it. Best I've ever used for a custom build. Using it for an i7 4970k cpu on a Gigabyte TH-7 mobo.Temps are staying in the low 30s. Using the included thin fan (which is great!) plus an additional standard 120mm fan. Completely doing what I expected. And I am able to access my RAM.

One of the best CPU coolers on the face of the planet. It is very near water cooling and it has a universal mount that fits both AMD and Intel. Total beast with one or two fans and in some cases passive. I have the version without the fan.
