*XL size purchased*I am 5'3 and was 246 prior to purchasing these pants. I'm now 240lbs and these pants have helped with inches I would say more than lbs. I was cautious purchasing as there aren't any reviews for plus size so I wasn't sure they would fit but I said let me give it a try and see. So first thoughts upon trying them on is okay, with a lil pull and tug I actually got them on past my legs and butt!*FIT*These pants are like a vacuum! They literally seal you in and stick to your skin once you have them on and in place.*COMFORT*I didn't find them too uncomfortable where I felt like I needed to take them or hindered me working out. They do make you sweat! (See pics) Once you start sweating you can actually feel wet spots and it kind of feels funny because you can at times feel like the pants are filled with water (especially if you sit down, you will feel squishy) but again its not horrible to the point where I need to take them off.I did 45mins-full hour of cardio 5 days a week for 2 weeks in these pants and I have to say the pants are starting to fit over my waist as opposed to when I first started wearing them. (See pics)I think they are worth purchasing and wearing them 2-3x a week not every workout at least I won't be.

When I originally ordered these, I wore a size 2X in leggings and 18-20 in jeans. I purchased a 4x and they could be squeezed on, but I thought they would rip if I moved suddenly. After losing about 5-10 pounds, I tried again and could squeeze into them strategically. I wore them daily when working out, and now 5 months later they are sagging and falling off, constantly having to pull them up. I have lost 30 pounds of fat and gained 4 pounds of muscle, according to my digital scale. I can see more definition in my legs and can tell I have lost weight in my hips and gut area.They do smell terrible out of the package. Wash them on the gentle cycle with detergent and some scent beads and hang them dry; the smell will be gone. I have worn them DAILY for about 5 months and they are durable. They hold their shape and the seams are still like new. Will be ordering more soon since I have lost weight.

Im 5’7”, 128 lbs and due to reviews I sized up to medium. The waist fits as mentioned in the chart but the legs are so tight I have a very hard time getting them on which makes it hard to pull them up all the way. I have used them twice now, they are great for what they are intended for but due to not fitting correctly they are hard to wear, and all I can think about while working out is how I can’t wait to get out of them because the backside is not firm around the waist and behind the knees is so tight it gathers during movement. I have tried my hardest to pull them to a more comfortable position but they suction to your skin.

“Size up” is an understatement!!! I bought the same sauna pants by the same company in black. I already had to “size up” for those because I normally wear a 1x or an extra large. I returned the XL for a 2x and they fit fine. But the GRAY SAUNA PANTS 😳😳…… I ordered a 2x - wayyyyy too small. I ordered a 3x - they are still very tight - barely could pull them all the way up!! But I kept them, hoping they would stretch…..LAWD hammercy!! I ordered the 4x and they were a lot easier to put on than the 3x. But I returned them because they were a little loose in the waist and around my shins. I’m 185 pounds and 5’-6”. These gray sauna pants must have been made in the land of the little people!!! 🤨
