This is one of my new favorite tools. It works. It is very accurate. It is simple to use. App works great. Amazing functionality for the price.I bought this to do two things: 1) I needed to build a level platform atop an uneven floor in a van, and I needed to and the place where the van itself was parked was not level, so I needed a way to compensate for both of those factors. This worked brilliantly for that purpose. 2) I needed a device I could use to quickly and easily level the van itself using leveling ramps when parking on uneven surfaces. The app allows me to do it easily from behind the wheel of the vehicle.I am really impressed with the functionality they packed into this little thing, and the modest price point for such an accurate and useful device. Simply awesome!I hesitated before buying it. If you are in that boat, don't waste time agonizing over the decision -- with Prime free shipping and free return, this is a no brainer. If you get it and it isn't for you, you could return it and not risk anything. I have a hard time believing that anyone would want to send it back though, as it is an excellent tool.

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ! IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!I see other reviews that give the same problem I had. It involves not being able to even get past the first page of the APP. It requires you to register your product and allow among other things location. I don't like this. You should not need this. But, if you still want to use this very cool item, read carefully.To start I must give it to Digi Pass for getting back to me in twelve hours. (The following morning.) They mentioned that my problem may be because of a screen resolution problem. I.E., You can't see everything that is on the page.So I tried going to the lowest screen resolution in the "Display" settings. This didn't help. But I did then notice that some/all words didn't fit in their "boxes".So next I made my "Font Size" smaller. I think I had the largest setting. I changed to the lowest or second to smallest.Viola! That took care of it. I was able to enter my information and I was instanly taken to the next page. After that it was only another one or two minutes to get set up.It is VERY accurate. Note: If you want to change the "units" from mm/m to inch/foot, you need to do this on the level itself. It's the far left button. Push once or twice or more and the indicator at the lower right on the display will change to what you want.Then, shut off the unit. One long press on the red button. Then turn off the APP.Now restart the unit. Make certain that you have the units you desire. Now start the app. Scan for Bluetooth and all that good stuff. I did this just last night. It works!There is only one complaint I have that I don't think will effect the normal RV owner if that's why you bought it. That would be the fifty foot range.I use it for a mast. To see that it's plum before I tighten the guy wires. I'm fifty feet up. I may have trouble. I played with it yesterday to check the range. Oh it's fifty feet allright. Exactly.Try lithium batteries. Not rechargeable ones. They are Energizer Lithiums. NOT RECHARGEABLE. 1.5 VOLT AA SIZE. They have a slightly higher voltage, and they last longer. The added combined voltage MAY add to the range a bit. The chances are high but I have not tested this yet.Yes I would recommend to DigiPass they at least give an antenna option to boost the range. I don't know why they kept the range so low. I have ear buds that are very High Quality sound wise with tons of bass and they have at least 100 YARDS range. And they were only $20.00.But at $39.00 or close, you CAN NOT beat this inclinometer. It's VERY cool.

I magnetically attach the level to a spot on the tongue of my travel trailer, hop in the drivers seat, and watch the app on my android phone. I simply creep forward or backward until the Digi-Pas shows the most level spot I can find. Works great. I had no problems getting the device to work as advertised. Several times it's allowed me to level perfectly, thus eliminating the need to unhook to spend the night in comfort.

Update: Customer support is terrible. I have been told I need a new product code to get the unit functional. OK, provide the code then. Several emails and several responses about how busy they are and still no code. How hard can it be to re-issue a code? Not only did I have to supply mu order number, I can to take a picture of the number along with a picture of the item and a picture of the product code that was sent. I really wanted to at least try the product, but that does not look like it will be an option.Horrendous product. Well maybe if it worked it would be OK. Could not get past log on screen even after jumping through all the hoops of downloading product, registering, etc. I called the customer care support number only to be told by the person who answered he knew nothing about the product. send an email and someone would get back with me. Do they provide the email in the instructions? Nooooooooo If have to go to their web page and fill out a lengthy form that includes your address???? This product is not worth the effort. I did try what someone suggested about changing resolution to see the magic button, but it did not exist on my app.

I just got this device for my Rv leveling. For me I want to be able to see the level while pulling into my campground so Bluetooth app is what I needed. This is very cost effective compared to almost $200 alternatives for rv leveling systems. Calibration and operation is very simple and user friendly. It is quite responsive. The only problem I see is where other users had similar issue, the signal is lost when there is some walls or materials in between.For example it had good reception on open air at least 20 feet but when I put in in the rv, metal front interrupts the signal. So instead I put it on the A frame which device sticks well with magmatic base. Then I can level the rv with no issue. I wish it had a stronger signal so I could put on the Rv’s floor while leveling it. That’s why I gave 3 stars. It is still usable so I’ll keep it. It is very reasonable price compared to others.
