Amazon and "Vextra" (whoever they are) should be thoroughly ashamed to offer for sale such a shoddy, cheaply made and totally dysfunctional product. And why doesn't Amazon initiate even a minimal quality review of an item before foisting off such an inexcusably inferior product onto its customers?
