I’m a 5 ft 2 size 10/12 and I bought a medium if that helps in any way

I looked at their chart and as I am a size 14 (UK) I ordered the XL. It is a bit generous, so if I ordered again I would go for the L. Great thermals, by the way. Very soft , wash well and dry quickly.

I bought an xxl plenty big enough for me as I am an 18 /20 size but it's got plenty stretching room so it should fit I love mine so much I bought another set at the time I was slightly bigger

The set is fine for light exercise but if you are doing something that makes you sweat you might get damp. I find they wash and dry very quickly, overnight or a couple of hours on a rad.
