Classic Wicked Whoopie, One Dozen

These are huge. I ordered a dozen of these and a dozen Whoopie Pies from a company in Pennsylvania to do a side by side taste comparison. These were at least twice as big as the Pennsylvania whoopie pies. The cake is quite dense. You need to share these with at least one other person but we have split them three ways and everybody is still satisfied. I can't wait to order the other flavors but my family wants me to hold off so they can at least attempt to keep their new year's resolutions. They came individually wrapped in a nice big box. I know they seem expensive but you get a lot whoopie for the price. I recommend.

Was stationed in Maine while active duty AF where I met my very first Whoopie Pie! Anyone who has lived in Maine knows about these awesome Pies and will never forget them. Receiving these wickedly decadent treats made my day. No one can make a Whoopie Pie like a Mainer and these are exceptional. Not only are they delicious, they are downright sinful. The cake is dense and chocolately rich AND they are huge. One pie can easily satisfy two adults, IF you’re willing to share. The cream filling is perfection! Very smooth and ultra creamy AND there’s plenty of it. The quality of these cakes makes the price a true bargain. I freeze them and they remain perfectly fresh with just-made goodness. My Whoopies arrived perfectly packaged and boxed to protect each cake individually. The wrapping is impressive and keeps them moist and fresh. THESE ARRIVED IN 2 DAYS! I placed an order the week before Christmas, figuring we would get them in time for a nice New Year's treat. I was completely floored when they arrived at my Utah home only two days later. So cool. Everyone loved them.I grew up in Maine. I have eaten my share of whoopie pies in my 50 years, so trust me when I say, these are HANDS DOWN THE BEST WHOOPIE PIES EVAH! Yessuh, these right heah are wicked good whoopie pies. They are bigger than a Big Mac. They are packaged brilliantly, individually wrapped and protected in a nice, heavy box. Frozen, they are yummy, but if you can wait and let them get up to room temp, you will be rewarded with a smooth texture and sumptuous flavor. These are the real deal: WICKED WHOOPIES ARE WICKED GOOD!!! Oh Ayuh.

Philly girl transplant here in Calif. Had not seen these in sooo many years - and here they are on Amazon. Fast-forward less than a week later. As if by magic, Whoopie Pies are here in my kitchen! A taste of heaven; forgot how sinfully rich are these Wicked Whoopie Pies. The chocolate cake is similar to devil's food, a bit more dense (because they couldn't be held otherwise) and perfectly moist. Just the right amount of filling with texture like lightweight birthday cake-type icing but even more yummy. Mailing box was quite sturdy and protected the whole dozen of individually wrapped Whoopie Pies. Sending a few of these pies downstate to family; they'll freak, lol.

If you never had a WP get them! If you had them before get them! I grew up on the east coast having these for treats. These are not your little bite size things they are 5.5 oz's of moist chocolate cake and fluffy white crème. The best ever! I'm going to purchase lots more as soon as I dump the few pounds that I gained eating a dozen in one week. They also have different flavor cakes. You will not regret having these for the holidays or any days.

These are good. The cakes are leaning more to dark chocolate, no powdery or heavy at all. The filling is smooth but doesn't taste like shortening or buttery. I wish it has more flavor for the filling i.e vanilla. And these things are huge. 5.5 oz each. It took me 3 times to finish one of this so 12 of them will last my husband and i very long time. BTW they freeze well.

This was the first time that I tried the Classic Wicked Whoopies. OMG! I received them about two weeks ago and they're almost all gone! Delicious!!! And may I also say- delivery was quick and they were packaged so perfectly and looked so cute in their individual little slots- with the beautiful paper and ribbon! Well worth the money and will purchase again!

My father-in-law grew up with homemade whoopee pies. I have made them from scratch once. These are the real thing and it is a delight that I am not the one baking. He loves these.
