I had an issue with my clock and after contacting the seller, they made it better than perfect. Very commendable customer service. Clock takes good videos and camera lens is virtually undetectable.

Worst Camera. Very bad quality. Works 0ne time, then does not work many times. I missed many important events. Wasted my money and my time. Pressed the reset button many times, but still bad camera.

[update] - The vendor reached out to me regarding the problem, and offered to credit back my purchase. I advised them I was happy with the clock itself, and that I had chosen to keep it just for the clock, and that a refund was not required. They chose to refund my purchase price anyway, unnecessary, but enough that I wanted to update this review and give them the rating they deserved. So, they do support their product and take care of their customers.[original review] I put in a clock battery - the clock works fine and keeps time correctly.I put in a 128gb card for video, set it to motion sensing, and put it up on the wall. Was able to view a lovely video of me putting the unit on the wall, and it never worked again after that. I've tried everything, and it just will not connect on the USB.

This works great for what I need it for, which is simply for checking up on our little boy. It probably wouldn't stand up to inspection if you're trying to be a super spy; there are some clear giveaways on the back that it's more than just a clock. It's a fairly simple camera (e.g. no live viewing, and the motion detection could be a little spotty for me) but it's also not terribly expensive for what it is.If you need better stealth or more features this may not be the choice for you, but for me it does just what I need.

The night vision and motion detection plus picture quality is a plus. I am pleased with my experience with this camera. It’s unnoticeable to the naked eye which I am very happy with. My children don’t have a clue that I have security around their play area.I am considering ordering another camera for another location in my home.

The camera doesn't cover enough space, and the charge lasts less than 8 hours, hardly effective enough to catch a thief while I'm at work.

Had trouble setting up camera due in part to my own lack of ability. I contacted service department and had email exchange with Betty. After providing some information I was offered a replacement clock, the clock arrived two days later. Service was exceptional and betty was so nice to work with. Best experience ever with a service department on internet. 5 stars

At first I was confused (and worried I'd been scammed) when I was notified that this product had been delivered - then it arrived 8 days later. So this is my positive review to make up.It's good, works well, fairly discreet. It's slightly too thick but other than that it's exactly as described. Great seller.
