I'm 55 years old and am experiencing some odd acne flare ups with some scaring and hyperpigmentation due to melasma. I have been using Gopure Retinol 2.0 + Bakuchiol Serum for a little over 2 weeks now and find that my acne has ceased and my hyperpigmentation has lightened up quite a bit. My skin feels softer and is smoother and more even toned. My skin also looks firmer. This retinol serum is very gentle, as it does not irritate my skin in any way...no redness or burning sensation at all. The condition of my skin has been improving gradually with the use of this Gopure Retinol Serum. It's important to note that these improvements do not happen over night. You have to diligent in using this product faithfully. You will definitely see results but it will take a little time. Two or three weeks is well worth the wait for the results that I have received. This is an excellent retinol product. I will continue to use this product as it delivers excellent results. I have bin using this product since little bit over a month before bed and I can say that its worth it's money. I am using it only before bed because i am using vitamin c for the mornings but I can say that my new routine works wonders. U need really only couple drops on your fingers and massage it on your desired area around the eyes :) I didn't liked the smell of the product at first but I got used to it and now it actually smells good :) if u use it only once a day the little bottle go really a long way. I will be ordering more soon since my bottle is about to be empty and that only after 7 weeks using one time day :)

Mine came with the dropper clogged. When I opened it, there was hard crusty stuff inside the dropper and it won’t come out. So dropper is useless. Also wondering where the expiration date is on this? It’s not on the box or the bottle.I’ve only just started using it for faint wrinkles, so I can’t say if it works or not yet. It doesn’t smell too bad. Texture is kind of watery.

I love this product. It has made my skin look younger and more supple. When the dropper on the bottle didn’t work, they immediately responded to my concern and took excellent care of me. I am trying the hydrate & Smooth serum compliments of GoPure as a result. They may have made a customer for life if this product is as nice as the lift serum.

I like the size of the bottle and look of the bottle. The cream is kind of hard to get out of the dropper, a container with a lid would have been better for this product to make it easier to use. The cream feels really smooth and soft and easy to rub in. There is not much of an odor and so far I like it!

I am a committed user of GoPure products but this item is a bust. It's not available on their website and may be an old product. It wasn't sealed. It was yellowish not clear. Unable to use the dropper properly. Seems to be not a full bottle. Not worth the hassle of return so shaking a few drops out and using on the backs of my hands. I will stay with GoPure website.

I really didn't know what to expect since I'm not familiar with this product. I followed the directions and applied it to my face and liked how it felt. It spread on thin and not too gunky, like some other products do. I didn't see any changes to my face, though, but it could also be that I hadn't used it for more than a week. I'll fit this into my skin regiment and hopefully the dark spots on my face will be lighter.
