Excellent product. I use these on long hikes, when it's hot out and I sweat a lot.I've experienced the discomfort of electrolyte imbalance after a long hike. Swollen hands, headache. I found it wasn't just dehydration but I also needed electrolytes. I started using these and along with staying hydrated, I've not had any more issues.Pros- the taste is good. Good enough for a salt tablet! Texture is also fine. No issues swallowing this large tablet as it is a chewable tablet. This is also pretty affordable and will last quite a long time. Easy to share with friends too.Cons- noneI find these to be necessary for a long trek .

Best electrolytes I've tried.I use these when playing tennis- overall results: no leg cramps, no slumps or low blood pressure moments during 2h + matches (doubles or singles) I take 1 every 3 o 5 games (30 to 45 minutes) along with water. We've tried the berries and green apple flavors and they are nice, tangy flavores go well with the natural salty taste of electrolytes. The tablets are convenient and easy to carry to matches, not to mention, they generate considerably less waste than other electrolyte products.

We love these tablets for our customers and our dirt bike tours. They are easy to eat and the taste is ok. They really help our customers with fatigue and help to balance their systems out nicely. Great product!

i love these! i have pots and i pop a couple of these when im out and about and start to feel fatigued and they help me until im able to get home and rest! i also take some right before showering to keep myself from flaring up too bad and they've done wonders for my post-shower fatiguethe initial taste is like grape sweet tart but there's little bit of a weird aftertaste, nothing that drinking some water after cant fix though <3definitely not a replacement for sodium intake (obviously if you read the product info) but a great little boost when needed!

Love these for runs. I take a few of them to supplement electrolytes on all of my runs. I have low blood pressure and can often feel faint if I don’t replenish electrolytes accordingly, and these are great in a pinch. They taste excellent and do the job when I don’t want to add a higher sodium electrolyte powder into my water.

Have struggled with leg cramps in the past and these are the only thing that has worked quickly and effectively. Appreciate the larger size bottle, wish all flavors came in the 120s. Flavor is good without being overpowering. Bottle is a little big but still small enough to live in my bike bag.

Never knew these existed until I saw them on Strava. I'm a heavy sweater and this helps to keep me hydrated. Its easy to take while on a run or race. These also have a good flavor. No Stomach ache. Chewable so don't have to swallow mid run. No cramps since taking it

Perfect solution to electolytes. No drinking salty water AND if you are filtering water direct from a bottle like Sawyer, there is no way to add electrolytes. Love the Mango and Berry flavor
