Mexican Banner Papel Picado Metalic "Jumbo" 29ft Long with 10 Panels of 27 Ft Long 19in Multi Color

These were not the banners that arrived. Two were multi colored and 1 was just red and green. NoT what I expected. This was for a graduation party so I was disappointed to see that the GORGEOUS papel picado banner read "Merry Christmas"... In English. (Just in case that made a difference". I was created with a note inside that said, "NO RETURNS". Guess I'll have to wait to use these for Christmas. 5 stars for quality but as a customer about to have my graduation party I'm giving it a 1. :-( I'll have to pay 20 bucks now to expedite another shipment of papel picado from another vendor. Sigh$$$$$$
