Ingredients: Indigo (Indigofera tinctoria) Description: Indigo powder is 100% natural and pure. There are no added chemicals, dyes, or perfumes. This indigo powder is safe for use on all kinds of hair. Indigo can be applied in one step or two step process to get different tones such as Black, Brown, dark brown etc. It gives natural and attractive color to hair without any chemicals. Indigo dispels heat and have a soothing effect and revitalizes the hair. Directions: For Black tones, use 100% henna first and then second step of indigo at 100% (two step). For reddish brown, use a 75% henna and 25% indigo mix. For brown tones, use a 50% indigo and 50% henna mix. For dark brown tones, use a 75% indigo and 25% henna mix. As a Black dye (two step process): First, apply henna paste to your hair to create a rich red base. In the second step, apply indigo over the freshly hennaed and washed hair to create the deep black color. Mix indigo with warm water until it achieves the consistency of pancake batter. Optionally, add 1 teaspoon salt per 100 grams of indigo powder for darker color. Allow it to sit for 15 minutes. Apply the indigo paste to dry or damp hair in sections, completely covering all the hair down to the roots. Make sure to wear gloves to protect your hands from being stained. Wrap your hair in a shower cap for 1-2 hours. Rinse or wash off thoroughly.

Didn’t work on my gray hair
I mixed henna, coffee and camomile for beautiful color, my white hair got brown. Then I mixed indigo with henna and left it overnight. Next day I apply on my hair and kept it for 3 hours and nothing change. Another time i did the same process without henna, again nothing change. I returned it(update, I gave 1 star first and return that item and ordered another brand, first time nothing happened but second time finally worked that means indigo or brand not a problem, depend the hair. If you mix with henna, henna should leave overnight and when time to apply on your hair mix indigo. Don’t leave indigo overnight) The important thing I have headache right now. Both time with both brand I got headache I don’t know my eye pressure go up because I have glaucoma or my blood pressure goes up, one time I didn’t get headache and I’m not sure maybe when I mixed with henna was ok. I don’t know why? Maybe allergic.

Really good quality!
Used 1 week after applying henna to my hair . Easy way to dye with natural powder , definitely mix together if you have more gray hair. It took longer to receive my indigo that's why i had to color it twice. But at the end very satisfied.

Don’t buy
Indigo gives purple color. It changes hair to black only after hair is colored by henna. But this product directly changing hair to black as well as skin. Also my skin got some irritation and got lots of bumps. Additional to that I got headache for two days . Had to take pain medication multiple times . This product is added with some chemical to give quick black color. I don’t recommend this
