Very handy and sturdy
Love these! I actually ended up buying a second because they were so great. I use them at my daycare center, they meet all sanitation requirements 🙌🏻. I was able to hold enough dishes for 30 kids, bowls, plates, cups, bottles for 4. The only thing I would have to criticize is the side containers for the silverware, they’re too deep for normals forks/spoons they fall all the way in and you have to dig them out. And the second one almost seems like they made it upside down, so I just popped the top off and snapped it to the other side. (Both came that way so it wasn’t made wrong apparently just dumb design)

Needs longer support braces
It’s a great product… The only reason I gave it a three star review was because with the dishes on each rack it doesn’t fit all three racks unless you use a ladder to get to it! If it had a small additional set of bracing supports it would allow the larger plates and taller glasses room.

Save counter space
The shelf is sturdy, good enough to do the job. You should buy your own screw to help it stay better. It helps us clear out the counter space. I am so happy that I buy it.

Buen producto

(updated) Functional but has some design flaws that require workaround
Just installed this yesterday so here are my initial reactions:PROS:-Makes counter space available-sturdy-attractive-easily stores most items from a typical 6-person meal (unless you had more than 2 pots/pans)CONS:1. As others have noted, the little attachments for cutlery and knives are open at the bottom. Now it’s true that once washed, and given a quick shake, those items don’t tend to be very drippy. But the mftr should be more explicit that these are open without any tray underneath. (Or offer a link to purchase 2 utensil trays, for those not positioning this thing over a sink). My solution will be to get a drying mat underneath, which still leaves me workable counter space, so doesn’t defeat the purpose of buying this rack in the first place,, but it would be nice if it already came with a mat like that because of the drips. I could position the rack and these accessories closer to the sink, but many sinks are a couple of inches or more away from the wall, so the utensil drips will just fall onto the back rim of your sink, then spread to the counter. Not a good way to protect your counter. In my view, without a water collecting tray under the utensil containers, you really do need to use a drying mat which has a fabric loop, then you could use the mat underneath to catch any drips and when done you could hook the loop from the drying mat onto one of their hanging hooks to air dry.2. I would not use those hanging hooks with most large kitchen utensils which have an opening for a hook in the handle (particularly soup ladle) since hanging it vertically would never drain the water from the ladle. I would just rest the large utensils across one of the racks.3. I agree with another reviewer that for smaller cutlery like tea spoons, they get a bit “lost” in the cutlery container & would be tricky to fish out. So my workaround will simply be to lift the cutlery container of the rack when it’s time to empty/return to the drawer, & then dump the cutlery onto the counter for sorting. So all in all, a mostly functional kitchen accessory, but it has some design flaws that require a little workaround. We’re keeping it because at our cottage in the country you get the occasional mouse doing a sprint across the countertop, & this keeps your clean dishes etc higher out of their way.Quick update to share a resolution to issue#3 above: I stuck stainless steel pot scrubber into the bottom of the utensil holder. It won’t stop potential drips, but it will prevent the shorter cutlery (eg., teaspoons) from sinking down into oblivion at the bottom of the cutlery holder, & because it’s stainless steel it won’t rust or get moldy.
