A bit tedious to install, but does the job well enough when you are done.
A bit tedious to install, but does the job well enough when you are done. Figure about 4 hours per 40 Ft2 to install. Spend a little time planning your pattern, draw some pictures and see how you like it before committing. The brass paper binder clips used for the installation work well enough - and much easier to install in the warm sun when the tape is softer - but the boxes they come in are a pain. Tape the boxes up along the edges and corners before or find an alternate container before starting. The only tools you need are a good pair of scissors, a pair of needle-nose pliers and a large flat-blade screwdriver. The needle-nose and screwdriver are for opening up the top and bottom wire loops on the fencing to thread the fence weave through. Sometimes they have been crimped too tight and a quick adjustment fixes the problem. A short stool or kneepads are helpful when working on the bottom - saves your back from too much bending over.

It Gets The Job Done
I bought this to weave through a gate in a fence where my trash can lurks, and I wanted to hide a bit. My fence is not your standard chain link, but black, powder coated square mesh. The produce is decent quality - not too thick, but not too thin. It is actually more rubberized than the kind of fabric I assumed. It took some time to weave it through my fence and fasten off with the little brass brads, but that is not a knock on the product or its function...hand weaving just takes time. It will be interesting to see how it holds up over time, especially with intense sunshine. For now, it looks good and it didn't cost much. Because I only covered a small area, I have plenty left over, including the fasteners, in the event that a strip gets damaged.

Easy to install and looks good.
Easy to install (but tedious), your fingers might get tired after awhile of pushing fasteners through the weave. Results look good and helped to reduce some of our dog's barking, by reducing the visibility through the fence. I also painted fence black before installing the weave to improve appearance, using rust-oleum high performance protective enamel in gloss black. My chain link fence/gate is only about 10x4 ft and imagine it would be much more tiresome installing on larger fence that ran the whole property, as many do. Cuts easy with scissors and I used a pair of large pliers to crimp fasteners tight, after pushing through and bending tabs with fingers.

Pricey even for this cheaper color but still nice. Dont cheap out too much to pick another brand!
I was skeptical about how this grey/silver would look like after project be finished, admittedly it looks great.I expected dull grey, somewhat like duct tapes are though, this grey/silver is slightly reflective and gives actually a pleasant overall look to the fence with good reflection. Strong and easily pliable at the same time, easy installation without the strips sliding off when taking breaks.Originally, I wanted to buy the green or brown one but the natural colors are pricier, logically the slow moving items are discounted across this site and e8ay and opted for least offensive color and am actually happy that I did so.I recommend this for near 30 bucks range.

A great first impression
The other reviewers had some great advice for applying Fence Weave. First, the tip on installing all the top half of the fence, then all the bottom half, was spot on. My daughter installed it using that method and said that doing it that way saved her back. Also, the advice to buy an extra box of fasteners for every three rolls was accurate. In fact, we used 1-inch fasteners, and that made it even better because they're larger and easier to manipulate. The result is gorgeous. The white is actually a subtle look and makes my yard look warmer without the chain link. It's possible to see sort of a shadow of someone on the other side from a distance, but it's not enough detail to lessen the privacy. I love this. I have my yard back. It's quieter without so much street noise, and the nosy neighbors are completely shut out unless they want to put their eyeballs against the fence and peer through the cracks. I'm pretty sure they've given up. Fence Weave is the ultimate shut-out for that kind of nuisance. Even the birds and small animals are more active in the yard; I think they feel safer. The neighbor's two dogs are also barking less. I wish I'd done this sooner.

Very dependable and worth its weight
The only con to date was that some of the push pins (roughly 2 or 3 out of several) broke when installing the weave. Other than that, the fence weave has held its own for close to a year without problems. I wanted to wait before I gave a review and I must say I would recommend this product. Overall its a good buy and has held up in brutal winters, heated summers and rainy springs. I guess you can account for certain defects in the pins from time to time but overall its a very good buy.

Looking good!
Very pleased with my purchase. I brought two rolls to make sure I had enough and I'm glad I did. I had to use some off the second roll. Have some left in case I need to replace some later.

Easy to install
The weave was very easy to install, looks great, I live up north so I am interested to see how it holds up during -40 temperatures. If it stands up I will be ordering more.

Beware of the Clearance Fee
The product is what I wanted. But I got charge from FedEx an extra $30.00 for clearance fee so if you order this item consider this extra clearance fee. I feel that the price shown for this item should show the price + the clearance fee. I would not order again as it is very pricey.

Extra charges after delivery
The actual fence weave that we purchased works great - what is not so good is the extra money I was charged a month later from Fed-Ex..a cost of $49.57.
