Do Not Buy!
Used replacement pads for less than a week and the covers began coming apart. Would not recommend this product in the market for replacement ear pads.

Good in a pinch, but won't last
These pad were and inexpensive replacement for the kraken headset. Lasted about 6 months and one ear piece came apart at the inner ear cup seam. Lasted about 2 more months until it was un usable. These would be good for you in a pinch but wouldn't recommend them for long term use.
