Q: How do i put ashes in these

Just unscrew the top loop where the chain goes through. When filled it may be a good idea to put a tiny spot of glue on the thread before you screw it back on to save it from getting loose and the ash falling out.

Q: Can it be used as blood vials?

I bought these for my dads ashes. I can't see why they couldn't be used for blood vials although you wouldn't get alot in. It a screw top hope that helps.

Q: Can you engrave this piece?

These should be big enough to be engraved, don't think there was an option to engrave through the buyer.
