Alright well - here we are 3 months in and the right earbud has completely stopped working. No charge light, nothing. Ugh I loved these so much and now they’re broke. I am a huge fan of Phiaton and I first fell in love after using their BT120s that my husband has. I wanted a totally wireless ear bud without getting the "look at me I have AirPods" AirPods and these fit the bill.Right out of the box these things are SLEEK! The packaging is top notch and is very impressive. What's also impressive was how easy they are to pair. I literally just took them out of the speaker/charger and my phone found them. You immediately get the "device connected" message when removing them from the charging port so you know you're ready to go (and everyone around you won't know you low key listen to Foster the People). It also audibly tells you the battery level. You can also see the battery charging level via the little LED light on the case when you're charging them.Battery life is insanely long. I have never drained them all the way down - even after a full day of using them (not straight thru of course but a lot). I charge them every night and they are ready to go the next day.The sound quality is what makes these worth every single penny and I would actually expect them to be priced higher for this reason. The noise cancelling feature is phenomenal. If I'm working and need to listen to my surroundings I will only wear one earbud or else I won't hear much of anything other than my jams (or my book on tape - don't judge) OR if I want to hear my surroundings with both ear buds in, I'll activate the Audio Transparency Function by double touching the pad on the right ear bud.The speaker is pretty good but I don't really use it. I played around with it but definitely didn't get these to use them for the speaker option. It's nice to have, regardless. The distance that you can be away from your device is VERY far. I can literally go outside to my greenhouse and still hear my music clear as day. I remember the first time I did this totally expecting them to go out of range but they didn't. I'm pretty sure I said "Whoa" out loud when I realized this. The right earbud does make my ear a tad bit sore after a while around the ear wing area but that's no biggie since I can just use the other ear (remember, I most always just use one since I wear them while I'm working in the greenhouse).I honestly can't think of one bad thing to say about these except for the slight discomfort after a long period of time and I think that just might be my tiny ears.If someone asked me my opinion on what kind of truly wireless earbuds to get, I wouldn't hesitate to say Phiatons. They are incredible.

Good attempt,. . .
. . . but 'glitchy' and ultimately not worth the price and effort. I was initially very impressed on the first day of use, but by day two the left earbud would not sync with the right, despite several hard reset attempts followed from the user's manual found online. I called customer support, and a very nice and helpful individual attempted to troubleshoot. When those attempts failed, she quickly provided warranty return information via email. I received a replacement set approximately one week later, which worked well for a few weeks. Unfortunately, the left earbud began to exhibit intermittent bluetooth connect issues and would cut in and out periodically - typically only for a partial or full second. I also never found a good, secure fit in the ears, despite trying a few different sized earpieces. The 'last straw' in the cursed history of these earbuds occurred a few days ago when the right earbud spontaneously fell from my ear near the end of my flight, falling to the cabin floor and bouncing to some final destination unknown. I conceded defeat and have replaced the product with a new pair of Powerbeats PRO earphones with over-the-ear clips.

I use these all the time now
I have been following these since my friend got them from KickStarter. They are excellent quality. They have a nice flat response which is close to unheard of in these. If you are unfamiliar with flat response, look them up. It's common for what are called IEMs or in ear microphones. If you are an audiophile they are amazing and things sound crystal clear as if you are watching the bands live. The battery life is ok, but honestly great for wireless. It's not something I would have in all the time. The Kickstarter commercial made them look like something you could have in your ear all the time and honestly, you could, they are comfortable and the standby time is really long. To be fair they last longer than the first few iterations of Jabras, but if you talk on the phone longer than 4 hours you will be taking them on and off constantly to charge. The microphone is excellent. No one had a problem hearing me and missing out on the crazy noise of the kids in the background. I absolutely would by them again. The way to pause them is to double tap which feels unfinished, but doesn't bother me. It's hit or miss if it works for that unfortunately.the other buttons are easy to use.

Not Quite What They Claim
These claim to have touch controls, which is sort of true - there is a touch interface, but also buttons to provide some controls, which are very difficult to press. I could not get the touch controls to function when setting up. Some of the other claims/features may work for some ears, but were a big fail for me...the wing-tips I couldn't get into my ears at all - it was borderline painful - and while the sound profile isn't terrible it isn't what you expect from a balance armature driver. It's not "balanced", it's bass-heavy and pretty light in the mids and highs. It's also pretty disappointing to see micro-USB charging in a 2019 product.

The sound is awesome the fit is a?
This is my first Bluetooth true Wireless earbud purchase. I wanted to love them for the $139. However, they just don't fit in one of my ears the way I want them to. Granted the sound is excellent I'm both the speaker and microphone side of things. The controls are what you would expect from a smaller Wireless earbud set up as well. However I'm really having a tough time with the fit. I have gone back and forth between the large and extra large buds and I'm not feeling the love yet. The jury's out

Fit is great and sound is good. Operation is sketchy.
Hard to tell if they are even charging. Have to plug the case into get the ear buds to charge, won’t start charging once you place them back in. “Speaker” function does NOT work. I wouldn’t use it anyway but if you buy something, it should work as advertised.
