On the plus side, I did get these sooner than expected. However, the only reason I could tell that they are "Ultra-Light" boots is that they are made from the thinnest, most cheapest material I have ever seen in any footwear! They look like they are trying to copy the Vietnam-Era Jungle Boot...except without Any of the quality. They are so thin that I'm certain they won't last but a few months of continual wear. And the sole configuration is the weirdest feel I've ever walked on. Not very comfortable. The sole itself is made out of a very strange material...maybe painted foam??? All I know is that it smells very bad and I have to put them outside my door or it will smell my house up with the strangest chemical smell I've ever smelled. They have no writing on them. No brand name, no size...nothing. I feel like the stupidest person alive for paying what I did for these. The ridge at the top of the boot really starts hurting the upper ankle - lower calf by the end of the day.

Junk. Boots came delivered a month after purchase, stuffed into a small package, I'm actually impressed they fit in there. Boots are made extremely cheap, very thin material sewed over cardboard to get their shape. Ordered a 10 and it's big. So order smaller if your goin to make this purchase. Bottom sole is a thick piece of foam with a small piece of rubber for grip. I'd be returning these asap if they didn't have to be shipped back to China. They are extremely light though, but that's also because there's no foam or padding made in boot. It's literally just a thin piece of fabric/canvas.

Not much good to say about these boots : If you do not mind the stinking smell, the shabby material and that they are one or two sizes too small, these boots are for you.

They came really fast, but didn't last very long.I could see a huge difference between the Nike and these as soon as I pulled them out and tried them on.But I thought for the money... I could get use to them. Wore them 2 days and the eyelet side vent broke and started stabbing me in the foot. So I returned them.I bought a black pair. (before the tan ones broke) and so far they have been OK. Not great, but just OK.Fitment to large, zippers are cheap along with the Velcro too. But still holding up after a week of wearing them.

I've been wearing these boots for about 3 weeks (daily wear at work). Mostly an office type of environment, but periodic walking across desert terrain. Here are my thoughts so far.- Price point was very reasonable.- Boots are quite light and very comfortable.- No breaking in time needed.- Feel a bit flimsy, as if they need a bit more heft to them.

I don't even know what material this is came in a black plastic bag with no real tags to explain - it has no ankle and top support - it is some type of material not waterproof and the sole is cracked from improper foam injection forming - it DOES NOT run true to size at all - it is too wide too big generally completely inaccurate measurements - net net this is garbage and I would not recommended - i've included pictures ...

These boots are so light weight, I love them. I can keep them on all day. Down fall is I ordered the darkest brown but they are still tan and I needed dark brown. I will wear them for now but in a few months I will have to find new ones. But the feel of these are awesome.

Comfort at a low price . I am assuming they made these right after I ordered them by the glue smell but that should subside in a bit.
